That he should get it in that night and finished by Thursday. I called Thursday at 11am and was told that they wouldn't even have it finished until next week. The owner, Al, was rude and uncooperative. He told me no one told me it would be done Thursday, and it wasn't possible to even get it in Friday. He gave excuses that times are estimated and it's the end of the month and they were slammed. I understand that. What I didn't understand was the false promises. I would have rented a car Monday. Or taken it to someone else. Which I did. Go next door to James and Demay!
