The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. I still haven't heard back from Jenkins, so I think I found my new provider.

When he came for the first visit, he bought Joe who was also so knowledgeable and helpful. I was so impressed in Aldi's and Joe's experience. They even told me issues my previous HVAC company did. Upon completion of the service we paid and the technician left. I did 3 loads of laundry and noticed it was very humid in the house. The technician had not reconnected the dryer vent to the outside. We have an older home and it's a bit of a weird set up, we understand that. We even understand that things happen. The next day I made phone call after phone call for hours to get the issue resolved. Not one apology. Nobody had any answers and I still do not have an answer when someone will be over to connect the hose leading out of our wall. We are so fortunate we have an electric dryer, not gas as so many of our immediate neighbors do. Do not recommend this company, they do not care about the safety of their customers, and have no pride in their job. Update. Our service was completed a little after 5pm on a Monday. I spent the majority of Tuesday trying to get an answer to when someone would be out to reattach our dryer vent hose. Approximately 5:15pm I received a voicemail that a technician would be out Thursday or Friday to fix the issue. My husband and I went it the store that night to purchase the tape and fixed it ourselves. Thursday morning my husband received a phone call from the office receptionist and also spoke with the manager, Chris. This was a highly unprofessional conversation that was not productive. We are currently seeking to escalate this with cooperate. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

Used this business this AM to clean my dryer vent…read more Let me start by saying, when I called they went out of their way to work me into their schedule due to some issues with my schedule, even coming early in the morning. They arrived on time and got right to work and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned my vent from the access in my laundry room and my roof also to make sure they got all the lint. When services are rendered, they take check, cash, or credit card. My total fee was $80. Well worth the services they provided. Apparently they also do other stuff like pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Will definitely use them next year for my yearly cleaning - recommend them for your home.

We have had an A/C maintenance contract with Mc Gowans for years. They have recently been bought…read moreout by Del- Air . This was our first maintenance visit since the new owners. The technician and his manager worked on coming up with a solution to what seemed to be a drainage pipe that had come apart in the AC closet. Due to lack of workable space, they recommended a new condensation pipe be run. This would have been quite costly even with a discount. I was able to figure out another way to access the pipe that had disconnected. Another technician came out and was able to replace the pvc pipe and secure it to the drainage. Sean Smith is the technician and he was very professional, polite and accommodating. He contacted his boss and they were able to fix everything and perform the maintenance work. I was very pleased that Del- Air was willing to work with me and that I didn't have to pay for a costly repair.
