The owner told us we could pay by credit card next month and promised us a 'special deal'. When we returned to pick up our fans, two incorrect fans were ordered and the other four were not. We were not provided with any kind of explanation or apology. There was no attempt to make it right for us. We left and went to Lighting First, whom not only took care of our business, but also was priced 25% lower than Shell Lighting's "special deal". Most upsetting of all of this is that there is no respect for our time and money. However, we were asked for our deposit upfront and promised pricing and a timeline that wasn't followed up with. No reasoning or explanation for either!
