And for the guy complaining about the time it's not a perfect world in the repair business sometimes it takes more time to fix something than was timed for. As for the price it is what it is you need to pay for repairs they were up front on pricing.

I called Chris after seeing a decent review and he was out there in 3 days to install the tile I had already purchased. He was happy to take my check. BUT, when it came to the warranty work, it took over a month to get him to come back out. I had to get angry before he did. And I don't like to be confrontational. Listing what happened in order. He put down the wrong sealer (cheap from Home Depot). I had already purchased the sealer I wanted but he "convinced me" to use the one he got. Which left the tile, dry and "natural". NOT what I asked form. So having him come fix it is when everything went wrong. I finally got him to come back out to look at the tile. Which also had grout swiped all over in several places (see photos). Weeks went by before he came back out with his "guys". They stripped the floor and added another sealer after much complaining by me. but the grout issue remains. His guys were careless with the work. Chris never came back out to visually see what the work was. He also tried to get me to pay for this warranty work! Or his guys tried to get money from me without telling Chris. Either way I was not happy. So, after several months I am left with the following. 1. Grout smeared on the tile in several places. 2. Grout and splatter on the walls, base boards will need new paint. he offered to have the tiles replaced. When I called for that, he said he would get back to me. And that was over 2 weeks ago. 3. Wall paint scratches from leaning the doors against the wall. 4. Laundry dryer vent was broken off and I had to have another person fix. 5. Sealer sprayed onto my new oven! 6. Wireless speaker was stolen. 7. A can off Dunn Edwards paint stolen. 8. The floor looks terrible after over 7K spent in total. 9. Extremely unprofessional results. And I will NOT be calling him back. More money will have to come out of my pocket. Buyer beware.

If you talk to the owner, Jeff, he doesn't relay the info to the workers, or it appears that he doesn't. If you talk to his wife, she doesn't relay the info to Jeff or the workers. It was very frustrating, not to mention the guys that came did not speak a lick of English, the foreman even had a hard time communicating with us. Jeff's main excuse for the delay was Covid, he had it 3 times, which, I believe, but that never stopped his business from running. His crew was still working while Jeff was out sick, why would Jeff being sick delayed our project that we had planned out with him since November, I do not know. The crew would come for an hour, maybe 2 and then leave and we would not see them back for a week or more (usually more). I did change a few things, like plant choices and the river rap but both were minimal changes but took Jeff about 2 weeks to actually change it. The change took the guys maybe 20 mins.... But yet it was my fault there was the delay. We asked for the job to be completed by April 1st, we had family coming into town, they said it would be. We had our plants in and 1/3 rock, no lightening, no extended walkway and it sat like that for 2 weeks and that's when I emailed Jeff to finish or give us the remainder of our money back. They were there that week and finished. It's been a month since they have been done and we have one light that is the wrong color, we are still waiting on them to change it. My front yard does look beautiful and overall they did a wonderful job, it was just a headache to get them to work and to finish. If you're a more patient person than I am, then I do recommend this company.
