Fabulous views of the beautifully manicured golf course while enjoying their delicious food. Friendly staff and a small humidor if you smoke cigars.

This was my mom's choice for her birthday dinner and it was a fantastic choice. We had a reservation so getting seated wasn't a problem. They had a specials menu as well as their normal menu. I ordered the Filet Mignon which came with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables (broccoli), your choice of mushrooms and onions or blue cheese crumbles on top, and a salad to start. The filet was the most tender and well seasoned steak I've had in a long time! The blue cheese crumbles were just lightly browned on top and added that extra something. I normally steer clear of veggies at restaurants because they tend to be mushy, but the broccoli was perfectly done. Cooked, but still crisp. The potatoes were the only thing I wasn't crazy about, but by the time I got to them I was so full it didn't really matter. It was a pricey dinner, but for what we got it was totally worth it!

Fun golf course. Very reasonable with cart. Holes are fun and challenging. Beer is good too. Would definitely come back and hit another 9

The last time we went at 2pm on a Thursday during a heat wave in the summer. It was not busy. we had been out running errands and stopped in for a quick beer and appetizer. Wait staff is always so nice and it was exactly what we needed. They have something for everyone and the food always is fresh and doesn't seem frozen or processed. Definitely one of our go to spots on the west side

Hinterland is…read morethe type of place where you can be super casual but also enjoy a more elevated dining experience. The main dining room can get very loud on busy nights so I appreciated the more closed off space for a large dinner event. The caveat being we received spotty service - for example, water pitchers were set in the corner and you had to get up to pour your own water. At minimum, it would've been better to just leave pitchers on the table directly for faster access. Food was hit or miss. While we loved the appetizers, half of our table found their main entrees to be MEH. For example, my halibut arrived warm but the curry was room temperature. My colleague said her burger was one of the worst she's had. My other colleague said his steak was mediocre. People who ordered pizza loved it. An unfortunate mixed bag given the lively environment and nice ambiance. I'd come back again to give it another try because the menu rotates enough where I'm sure I'll land on some better food options next time.

Then we met Brianna the worst bartender or server we have ever had the displeasure of meeting. The 4 of us were so turned off by her lack of service, communication, and general care for the guests she would serve. I understand that she was not trained properly by her team, but come on! Even the management hid from taking care of their guests. They were cowards. Didn't even ask if everything was alright. Couldn't even replace the paper towels in both the men's and women's restrooms. "But there's a hand dryer, just use that." - Brianna We did not appreciate her piss poor attitude. Had she been under my employ, today she would become an unemployment statistic. Just saying. Step it up with your training Anduzzi! Step it up. Start 1st by having that hard conversation with Brianna.

We started with the breaded cheese curds, which were fantasticand the loaded pub chips. The chips weren't terribly warm and the cheese sauce was cold so they didn't taste as good as I was hoping. I also had a build your own chicken sandwich. The chicken was cooked perfectly - moist and juicy. The tater tots were very good with the sandwich. Our server was efficient and kind. They were running a game day menu so it was quite limited and a few of the group couldn't make changes to their food choice. The patio area looks like a blast.

Merely okay food and drinks, mainly because nothing was spectacular. I visited Green Bay because of…read morea work trip and ended up coming here with many colleagues. We ordered quite a few appetizers to share including cheese curds, chicken wings, and bruschetta (all not pictured) and they tasted conventionally good like one would expect our of a bar or an American diner. The blueberry mojito didn't taste like mojito at all mainly because it was missing fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and probably club soda. The only thing I could taste was white rum with a hint of blueberry flavor. The alcohol taste wasn't strong, which I was more than okay with personally, but judging by the standards of a mojito, it wouldn't qualify as a mojito in my opinion. The salmon itself was pretty good because of the sauce, which provided majority of the flavor on top of salt and pepper. There were some vegetable bits included, such as broccolini, carrots, and what seemed like Palestinian couscous. I liked the dish overall, even though I would have enjoyed it more if there were more pieces of vegetables included. There were no performances when we were there, but I saw a jukebox inside the store, which was pretty cool. Most of the songs included were country in terms of genre, which wasn't my cup of tea, but the retro vibe of the machine being there definitely put a smile on my face.
