Always carried 4 window A/C units up and down 2 flights of stairs because they had to be stored in the garage. After 40 years I can't carry these anymore. Talked to Mighty Mike's guy Ken at Canfield Home & Garden Show in Feb. 2025. Ken immediately had ideas of how they could add needed A/C venting and a Mitsubishi Heat Pump to solve our A/C needs. May of 2025 Mike, Ken, & Jason designed and installed our new HVAC system with a New Luxaire Furnace, Mitsubishi Heat Pump, Attic A/C Blower System, and A/C Ceiling Vents. DID NOT even turn on the unit to see the problem! Did not check the coolant pressure to see how much charge it had. Had me turn on the unit, it ran for about 15 minutes. Had cold air at the duct and no water dripping. So he left. at 1 hour water was all over the floor and furnace unit. He did nothing and charged me $300 for 1 new drain line.

However, Thompson Mechanical got the heat back on and all is fine. Dwayne was fast, friendly, extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional, even though he had to get out of bed and come to my home after already working over a 12 hour day! I cannot say enough for Dwayne and Thompson Mechanical! They are affordable, dependable and reliable - worth every penny!!!

I called about 12 places before getting ahold of this company who was available for same day electric emergencies. Only problem was we were 45 minutes away but for a service fee he assured they'd come out and help with an estimate on how to remove this old dangerous wiring. Help is an understatement! Joe and his new trainee Dan showed up 30 minutes early and gave us all our options. Joe is a straight up guy who genuinely gave us his expert advice and that was to honestly leave it as is. We really appreciated that because he could've done what my mom originally wanted(remove all the wiring) , charged us an arm and a leg, but he stressed how that option was not the safest and how it could be expensive and would majorly effect other rooms and basically gut and re wire the house. After multiple breaker tests, they realized the fridge was pulling power from these old wires and expressed the dangers of this. They offered to move the fridge to a different outlet- talk about above and beyond service. Only then a leak broke out from the fridge being disconnected from a water source. It lead to a pipe bursting lol talk about drama but long story short, they stayed the entire time to ensure things were fixed properly and even put up a new light fixture in the meantime. Thank you thank you thank you Joe and Dan. You guys are the real deal and it's hard to come by people let alone men honest like this nowadays. I called AHES yesterday morning and spoke with the owner about my gas furnace that died Sunday morning. He and his crew came over in the morning and diagnosed the situation. Turns out my 30 year old furnace burnt out at the circuit board. We discussed pricing on a new furnace and within a few hours, AHES returned to installed a brand new gas furnace. Reasonably prices, professional workmanship and excellent customer service. What I did notice about their synergy was that they were all having fun doing their job! He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. My biggest problem is with the company itself, when I originally bought my furnace and air unit I was told that by joining the club that they would call me twice a year to set up the appointments for the cleaning and inspections. That was 3 years ago and so far I have had to call every time that I had them here for the cleanings I would think that they would want to have them done at the beginning of the season. This being July half the summer is over if my air conditioning was not working right I would have been wasting energy. Now I have to wait till January to get my furnace actually checked unless there is a problem again that is halfway or more through the season, I still believe that it should be done at the beginning of the season not halfway through it. Chris done everything that is listed below just like the second guy did from last year. The technician took his time to clean up the outdoor unit of my air conditioning. He rinsed it then he sprayed soap on it then he rinsed it again I was surprised at how much dirty water came out of it considering I've got no trees around the unit.
