There are at least five indoor volleyball courts, basketball courts, baseball batting cages, four sand volleyball courts, four bocce ball courts, weights, boxing ring, snack bar, and bar. There's lots to do here! The facility is a reclaimed factory turned volleyball mecca. They serve hot dogs, chicken tenders, nachos, sandwiches, pizza, and other items. But the sand volleyball court, bar, and ambience is the most interesting part of this place. We've been playing on the local volleyball circuit for over four years and have somehow missed this place. During my initial visit my tour guide referred to it being like a county club. Right on - upscale and relaxing vacay vibes. I have only remained a member for a few months due to life events and health circumstances. I was always very enthusiastic about visiting Life Time! AMENITIES: The club is very clean and every part of the experience is well designed. Everything you need is there. For instance, you'll get all toiletries and towels for your shower or sauna visits. The club well serves a variety of guest groups catering to their unique needs. Parents can use childcare service. Millennials can utilize pickleball courts. Retired folks can partake in a fun Arora aquatic program. There are numerous amenities: full salon, cafe, co-working cafe, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, pickleball courts, rock climbing, Pilates studio, personal training, yoga studio, chiropractor, cold plunge, outdoor bar, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, workout area, cryo, and a lot more. You almost need a lifetime to explore them all! It was an immediate "yes" for me in terms of joining. The gym is very spacious, you never feel constrained at any times of the day. My favorite amenities are the outdoor pool and Club Lounge (co-working space). The outdoor pool is Olympic size pool with comfy lounge chairs and lounges. There is zero entry part and swimming lanes. Robust Arora program (open to any ages) offers fun water aerobics activities. The classes are so high energy! The pool was even open into October this year. Loved the pool! Co-working space offered me a lot of flexibility working from the gym and taking a break to enjoy the amenities. The internet speed is excellent! CLASSES: Classes can be conveniently accessed via Life Time mobile application. Sign-up is easy. Timings are suitable for various schedules. EVENTS: Life Time hosts plenty of events for members creating a communal feel - karaoke, swim nights, and even tequila tasting. Some feature a DJ and cool decor. While most events are free, you'll pay for drinks. PRICING: Prices match the amenities. I paid almost $200 per month for a single membership. Not everything is included in your membership (Pilates for instance), but most things are. You get some discounts (such as the salon, the cafe, and personal training) during your first month. It's definitely a pricey investment but also self-investment. CANCELLATIONS: Membership cancellation is very easy. I was able to cancel my membership via the app. I was sad to cancel my membership but life is lifing. You also have an option to pause your membership and partake in online workouts. DOWNSIDES: To be honest in my review, few issues exist at Life Time: - Concierges are not always pleasant. I had this experience, my guest did, and other members mentioned it to me too. The service is very dismissive. You will constantly get referred to the app, attentiveness is rarely a thing. - Cafe prices are outrageous and far higher than at any other health cafes. I recently paid over $40 for a power bowl (Shoyu-Sesame), protein balls, and a smoothie (Açaí Bliss). It's convenient to have a cafe onsite, but prices are wild for the portions and mediocre quality. - Open hours for the amenities are ever changing and unclear. It's hard to figure out when the pools are open or when cafe outdoors is available. Employees I've asked about the open hours were equally puzzled. This doesn't well serve busy individuals with demanding schedules and need to pre-plan. - The parking lot is very dim at night. While the area feels extremely safe, it's still not the best time in the evening. - Onboarding process is rather chaotic. I found myself asking basic questions about creating a pass card, locker use, open hours, and sign-up processes. I was constantly referred to the app which didn't have most of these answers. Overall, I truly enjoyed the amenities at Life Time. I will definitely rejoin when my personal circumstances change. I highly recommend dropping in for a day pass to experience Life Time or formally joining. You won't find a better gym around!

This review is for the aquatic complex only…read more The roughly 10 year facility looks awesome in photos which was when the pool was new. However the complex has not been maintained up to proper standards and has been for sale for over a year. Spire Institute was an amazing idea to bring world class sports training into the Cleveland area. It even got the designation of U.S. Olympic Training Center. However, the finances never jived and the location in the middle of no where was not the draw they hoped for. 20 miles North toward Cleveland they would have been much better off drawing club swimming and revenue. The parking lot was never finished and is gravel with no sidewalks to the front door. I've heard it's brutal in the winter with snow. Guest should expect little to no internet as there guest WiFi rarely worked. The pool is a 50 meter Olympic with 5 meter spring board in an awkward location. The pool temps were a correct 81°. They also offer a 25 yard warm up/cool down pool. Spectator seating offers great views of competition. The digital scoreboard was outdated but good. The deck has better than average space to allow athlete seating thats recessed which is brilliant. Over the four days of USA Futures competition in August 2019 the pool was prepared for swimming. The air temps were not, warm and uncomfortable. Air quality fair. It was warm outside, but normal for August. Clearly the HVAC system struggled. There were also aspects of the facility that was filthy such as the chrome. Chlorine creates havoc if not rinsed down regularly. There was also a 15 minute delay at Finals no less due to replacing a diving block. Lighting was out every where as bulbs were not replaced. The main lobby area that offered food was mediocre. The dining room space was very good. But window seals told the story of again lack of cleaning and maintenance with large thick cob webs. This was in the main area. Just this year developers began to finally put in hotels within 5 miles or so of the complex. This could potentially help breath life back into Spire. There are still few restaurants and shopping options. The nearby town of Geneva is quaint. The area is beautiful. But it's not enough. The owner are bleeding money and struggling to stay afloat and must have new leadership that brings a sizable investment to complete and maintain the huge complex of buildings and fields. 2.5, rounding down.

Plus, 3-4 HDTVs in the bar area and free wifi. You could watch the games going on below and get your drink on, plus, donuts and candy. It can be easy to miss from the road, there's a long, unassuming driveway behind the sleezy motel. Another highlight is the lack of traffic with the Randall Park Mall and Thistledown nearby.

She is firm, but fair with the girls and very friendly to the parents. The facility is good for practice, close to highway, and luckily for us, very close to home. We've got it made.
