They have a smoothie bar, protein snacks, powders and potions for you hardcore types. And the weight room is full of all the free weights you need, the full gamut of machines for circuit training, and even some of that new fangled cross training Box gym equipment. The owners are hands on, on site. Have I missed anything? Yes... they've got 2 Expresso bikes, my favorite, let's get another 1 or 2, and plenty of stair climbers, ellipticals, treadmills, and the like. MAC also has dedicated steam rooms, saunas and whirlpools for each gender. If you're in Bigfork, don't miss the MAC!

Dropped in for a 26&2 class (fka Bikram) this morning with Christen. The studio is big and clean with forced air heating. Real wood floors, which could be an issue but they have you turn to do standing separate leg stretching fully on your own mat, which I appreciate. There were only 5 students in my class & lights were low throughout so it was intimate and different. The dressing rooms are also big with 3 shower stalls, body wash, shampoo, AND conditioner. My only quip is that heat or humidity weren't at 105°/40% (my guess is humidity because it *felt* hot!) because I only drank half my water bottle and that never happens :). Thanks for class--hope to come back next time I'm in town!
