Like some of the other people below, I purchased a groupon deal, but it was just the single massage…read morenot a package. I waited a while before scheduling (Didn't know people were having scheduling issues) It expires in about 2 months so I wanted to get in to use it. I called once before Thanksgiving, didn't get a call back but figured hey...it's the holidays. I called the following Monday. Didn't get a call back. So on Tuesday I left one more message. I also started the process of asking Groupon for my money back... but I have to tell you. I'm glad she called before Groupon refunded my money. I have had a lot of professional massages, I have tons of knots and tension in my back, and she is definitely a great massage therapist. She really did a great job! We talked about the issues with her yelp reviews. (One of the reasons I decided to initiate the refund from groupon) And to be honest, I think she was swamped by the number of groupons that were sold. It is just her and her business partner who does the reflexology. Sometimes you have to cut small businesses some slack. People purchase groupons because they want cheap... but in all honesty, I will be going back to her. She is nice in person, and VERY good at what she does. I think there are a lot of bitchy people who buy groupons to be honest. If they paid $35 bucks, the business is only getting like $17... so relax. The best way to contact her is to text her. Today she told me she was giving massages from 7am and was scheduled until 4 pm. That is one hard working lady. She also has military discounts. 3 massages for $135 that is an awesome deal. And well worth it, because of the quality of the massage. She just started her business on January 25th 2013 and already had quite a loyal clientele. Too bad none of them post on yelp. Just disgruntled people... when you figure she sold over 500 groupons during her grand opening and there are 5 pissed off people on yelp...that's not too bad. I'd like to know why her one loyal customer's review is under the "not recommended" area of yelp. She is the most accurate to my experience. I wonder if mine too will get regulated to the non recommended. I say if you are looking for a really well done massage and an experienced therapist she is the one.

I have tried calling DAILY for the last month and never get a live person or even a returned phone call. I also tried emailing and submitting a form via their website. Two months of trying almost daily (and every day for the last month), and no one has returned any of my inquiries. I don't care what a "deal" a massage might be, it's way too stressful just trying to book the darn thing! I'd rather pay more and know that someone cares enough about their clients to call them back and schedule something they bought fair and square. If you find yourself in my shoes, you can call Groupon customer service for a refund if you explain the situation. The gentleman I spoke with today was very helpful. I told him that I think Groupon should not let this "business" offer this deal in the future and gave him the link for this yelp page so he could see what everyone was saying. This is the worst excuse of a business I have come across in all of my yelping... they ought to be banned from ever offering deals again. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away.

My original appointment was scheduled for April 16, but when I arrived the receptionist could not find my reservation. My best friend, who booked it for me, eventually helped them locate it, but by then my appointment time had already passed. I was told it would be rescheduled for April 22 at 12 PM. When I returned on April 22, another receptionist, Precious, told me there was no appointment in the system again. I was then told my original holding fee had already been used, but I could receive a refund after speaking with management if I placed another holding fee for a new appointment on April 23 at 2:30 PM. After finally attending the April 23 appointment, I asked about the refund I had been promised and was then told by another employee that I could not be refunded even though all of these issues were caused by staff errors, not me. I came for a massage to relax during the final weeks of pregnancy and instead left feeling frustrated and more stressed. The lack of organization, poor communication, and conflicting information from staff was extremely disappointing. A spa should be peaceful and professional, but this experience was the complete opposite.

A all day spa day is something every woman should do a few times a year. Not many places cater to this type of service anymore so for me, that's a plus here.
