Note: It's best to research "who" has experience doing lashes. I had a very painful experience with tape being applied directly to the skin under my eyes. Tech offered that option so I wouldn't need the patches to fasten down lower lashes. Well....when the lashes were done, the tape would NOT come off from under my eyes. It's like it was glued on. It took a long time for it to be pulled off, and my skin was extremely red and puffy (tech said, "actually, it's pink"). I'm continuing to have sore skin under my eyes, and it has been close to 24 hours. Long story short--they're such nice people, but clients--do your research. I found in very little time with Google that "tape" problems are one of the items that cause clients discomfort. I can assure you I had anxiety, stress, and discomfort---and am continuing to have some. I'm updating this review: There should have been serious follow-up help from the tech or the owner of this business. I hope the owner, who owns several of these shops and is definitely an amazing entrepreneur, takes note.

TBH I was scared of going to anyone else after some serious disasters over the years. However after realizing I had over tweezed and shaped my brows too thin over time, I made the choice to grow them out and go to Kaitlyn Zenger. Normally I would just grow them out and reshape them again myself, however Kaitlyn's reputation of being an amazing eyebrow specialist has grown tremendously since meeting her in school. I knew she was the one who could help me and I could trust her to do what I needed with no traumas. I went to beauty school with her and she's always been known to be a wizard with waxing...specifically eyebrows even from the first service she performed on a client. Eyebrow shaping really is an art and not everyone can do it right...even after good training. She is a complete natural at it and does it in a way that is less painful than anyone else I've ever had wax me. She's incredibly thorough, friendly and professional. She even gave me some great recommendations to help me with my brow journey. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Since I've gone to school and know proper sanitation protocols I'm super conscious of infection control and cleanliness. Everything from the time I walked in to the time I walked out was spot on and on par or above state regulations. That in itself should sell you on this place as at least 80% of other places that offer waxing services aren't abiding to sanitation regulations, don't practice proper infection control protocols and/or use subpar products. When you're dealing with waxing and vulnerable skin you NEED to be knowledgeable and aware of what to look for and know you're in a clean place. I can't recommend Kaitlyn enough. I didn't even know I could have such a nice clean shape, these are seriously the best I've ever had my eyebrows without makeup. I'm in utter shock on the magic she did with the mess I gave her to work with. My grown out brows were pretty tricky to shape a good eyebrow out of.
