Called thread-press after a couple of bad line experience. They explained my options. I mailed what I wanted added picture. They mocked up the design for me and came up with what I wanted, even better! I showed up on Saturday to pick up my shirts. They went over and above on my project! Terrible terrible service and quality is not super! I represented a non profit, we purchased spirit wear and later told that the quality we wanted was not available in the colors needed (was not told until after paid!), orders were constantly late and no communication, in the end a bunch of money was spent on preordered banners however the owner is not responding to attempts to get the rest of the orders printed or give a refund! German does great work when he does it correctly but his business sense, attention to detail and communication are just awful. My first order with German were beanies. I ordered 100 from him Black, White, blue, Red and Heather Grey. Unfortunately I never got the grey beanies. After waiting two weeks for 100 embroidered beanies I went to pick them up only to find that the grey ones were not there and were on back order. German said they should be in the next week. He never once reached out to tell me this or give me another option. I believed him. They would be in the next week. Long story short they were not. It took about 6 weeks or so to get the beanies but I only ended up with more black because I would have had to wait even longer. The back order didn't end until the end of Feb. I had ordered early Jan. If he had just told me this upfront I could have made a decision sooner instead I got beanies right at the end of beanie season in LA. I did have him make an extra 10 for me for free to make up for it and he obliged because of that, and because I want to support local businesses I decided to give him a second chance. Big mistake. I gave German an order of 50 shirts 3X's and 50 Hoodies. I gave him ample time to get this done and he did but the hoodies came out wrong and needed to be re printed. I unfortunately didn't have enough time to get them reprinted before my event for homeless youth where I was giving out my clothing line. He said I could bring the hoodies back and he would re print them. I had to give out hoodies at the event so I asked him if I gave away the hoodies 10 - 15 and he would replace those ones for the misprint. HE AGREED without a rebuttal. So after my event I took back the rest of the hoodies and had to wait another 2 weeks for a reprint. i asked him if it was ok for me to get a different amount of the sizes printed and he agreed. Right before I went to pick them up he emailed me asking if I would pay $10 each hoodie that needed to be replaced so he wouldn't lose money. I declined and said we would go with business we agreed upon 2 WEEKS prior. I picked up the hoodies but foolishly did not count them in front of him. German shorted me 13 hoodies and then had the gaul to tell me we agreed that he would only replace the ones I brought back but that is not the business the we agreed upon. I also found he made a few with a different kind of hoodie. There were some Gildans when most were Hanes. Now German wont get back to me and I have been forced to write this review. It sucks because I liked the guy but its my fault for doing business after he screwed up the first time. IT IS STRAIGHT UP BAD BUSINESS. DON'T GO TO THREAD PRESS IT A HEADACHE AND A HALF. read more

I met with German while visiting the company and looking at their work and different styles. He was very accommodating and price competitive. The final product (screen printed on the jerseys and embroidery on the caps) came out looking quite professional and was all completed on time (about 8 days).
