Bryan/Brian was an absolute nightmare to work with. He picked up my washer on a Thursday evening…read moreand said he would have it repaired and returned to me the next morning. He never showed on Friday, due to multiple excuses like being super busy and having vehicle issues. We messaged all day about different times he would arrive, but and he never showed. He finally responded and said he would deliver it on Saturday morning. I did not hear from him on Saturday morning so I reached out at 10:22am. He said to give him 30 minutes and he would head my way. He never did. My friend reached out to him at 1pm that afternoon and threatened to report the washer stolen if it was not to my house by 3pm that day. It was finally delivered at 4:45pm that day by another person. The washer is still not fixed and having the same problem. Additionally, the delivery guy was unable to get the washer started, did not have the hose, and the washer was damaged. You can see where they tried to hide the damage by painting it. The paint was still tacky when it was delivered. Do not hire this guy for anything!

The service tech was very friendly and explained to me how and why this had happened, my children were over filling the washer causing it go out of balance, which was causing the washer tub to lean..he was able to fix these issues. The second time we had them out was to install a dishwasher for us....again the tech was very friendly and remembered that he had came out and repaired our washer. During the installation of the dishwasher he had found that our old dishwasher was hard wired into the wall, he was able to add an outlet that would handle the power of the dishwasher for safety purposes, and proceeded with the installation. Needless to say we absolutely enjoy having this company come out to our house, we can trust that they know what they are doing, they go above and beyond to make sure their work is done to perfection. Didn't take anything apart or test anything? 7/29/26 Text saying part has arrived 7/30/26 Appt confirmed for 8/3/26 8am-12pm They Cancelled Monday 8/3/26 Rec text at 7:17am saying tech unavailable now new appt 8/5/26 between 12pm 14pm 8/5/26 Tech showed up but had the wrong part 8/10/26 Rec text new correct part is in and set appt fo 8/17 12pm-4pm Monday 8/17/26 Rec text they need to reschedule again due tech issue new appt 8/27/26 12pm-4pm They Cancelled 8/26/26 Text saying need to reschedule again 8/27/26 Called them they said the parts were in the van but the tech quit and parts are now MIA and they will reach out when new parts have arrived. I called late Tuesday 1/13/26 and was told they could see me the next day. I was told that if they need any part that they would require to order the part because they don't carry them on the truck. Which I have no problem with. Came on time, Super Professional, and very friendly. Quickly Identified the problem, provide an estimate of the total cost and told me that have the ice marker on my Samsung was broken and needed to replaced. he should have the part within 2 days and was willing to come out over the week-end to make the repair. I don't know about any of the negative reviews that have been placed I was a little worried HOWEVER from my experience, I definitely do not see why people left those. Again Professional, on time, quick response. I would use EZ Appliance for any future projects and I also do RECOMMEND them.
