However, I decided to give it another shot since they are so close to my house and I can say I am so happy I did! Pareesae did my eyebrows this time and she was amazing! Very polite, took her time and made sure they were perfect before I left. I will definitely make this my new spot but on Sundays since that's the only day she is there. Side note, the salon itself is very clean and welcoming. A lot of space and seating area.

The owner has started giving me attitude because I prefer not to have the new hire do my eyebrows. I genuinely tried giving the new employee a chance, but my experience wasn't great. My brows came out more uneven than usual, and she accidentally pulled out one of my lash extensions with the thread. She also leaned a lot of her body weight on me while threading, which made me uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I believe I should be able to choose who provides my service without feeling pressured or treated differently. Instead, I felt like I was getting an attitude simply because I preferred the owner. It's disappointing because I've been a loyal client, but based on these recent experiences, I won't be returning. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for future clients.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and it wasn't until I had already sat down I realized my threading artist was full blown sick. I could physically hear the snot in her nose, she was breathing through her mouth and I could feel her breathing on me the whole time, and every time she turned away she started coughing. I've never had an experience getting my eyebrows done where I got nauseas. She had a mask on, but when someone is that close to your face, it doesn't matter. I could still feel her breathing on me. Unfortunately, I ended up getting super sick just a few days later. Pretty sure that's not just a coincidence. PRIME IBROW: DON'T LET YOUR ARTISTS COME INTO WORK SICK. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. I came back the very next day for her to try to fix them telling her I wanted more of a wispy look she added more lashes to where they look like cheap Beauty Supply Store lashes. When she should have tooken them off and started over when I blinked they touched my eyelids! She didn't listen to anything I said when I said natural! I even showed her a picture she kept suggesting things and I'm like I don't know you're the artist!!!, there was a language barrier. There was no mention of even a $20 discount for me being a new client!!! I came back the very next day after that to have them removed. They even charged me to have them removed!!! Terrible Customer Service they didn't even try to accommodate me as a customer or make it right, just took my money. All together I paid $131 and they charge an extra $2 service charge on debit cards which is illegal!

The woman who did my eyebrows, an older lady, cut the skin above my eyelid and did not tell me it happened or apologize. It was bleeding a lot. When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging it, she said it wasn't a cut and told me I'm "just sensitive." I've been to many eyebrow threading places over the years and have never been cut like this, nor spoken to in such a dismissive way. I understand accidents can happen, but what really bothered me was the rudeness and lack of accountability. Being hurt and then blamed for it is unacceptable. I will not be coming back. I should've waited for my eyebrow lady.
