I have been coming here for years and the artists are attentive, accommodating (I have sensitivities to the tape), and produce great work. They are great at creating the exact look you've described AND versatile enough to change it up when requested. The facility is clean and quiet, and their member pricing is reasonable. Each artist that I've bee to is also efficient (full lashes within the time alotted). And one of the best attributes of this Lash Lounge is the owner! Place had a friendly atmosphere & the technician was nice...however, I ended up having a stye and the both of my eye swell up. Purchased a gift card for Christmas and the person I gave it to was very dissatisfied with the service they received. They reported horrible customer service, no gloves being used and left with eyelashes filled with gaps and unfilled space. Please save your money and go to a small shop. Don't go here!!!! I did not like their services. I paid for two visits and when I asked for a refund for the second, they flat out told me "no". I was not told at the time of payment that this was their policy. I think this is very unfair since they knew I was hesitant to sign up at all! They flat out took my money. I am feeling a bit cheated by this place. I got a message from the owner saying I have a credit on my account. I went in to ask about the credit and the worker validated that this service would be free. Another worker came in to do my lashes and they were okay. Then, when I went to check out, she told me my total was $84. I told her that was not what I was told by the other employee. She told me the promo was not free and the regular cost was $107. With the promo, my cost would go down to $84. Later, I called to ask how much a lash lift service was and they told me $94 but if I was a first time customer it was $84. I do not understand the pricing and feel like I was lied to and then pressured into paying for the service. Very disappointed as I used to get my lashes done all the time here. My daughter had her lashes done here twice. The first time was great. The second time, the eyelash extensions started falling out within a couple of days, and were almost completely gone within 4-5 days. The Lash Lounge wants to charge her to redo them because apparently they require notification within 24 hours of a problem (even though the problem did not start until 48 hours). She got them for her high school graduation which is in a couple of days and we don't have the money to redo them. She paid for them herself with money from her part time job and basically threw that money away :( read more

Writing this review on behalf of my wife who now has her new favorite lash hideout. My wife and I decided to make a day of this lash experience as she booked her appointment and while she was getting pampered I was out an about shopping the local stores. Upon picking her up after her appointment she had a huge smile and looked gorgeous with her new lashes. She said the technician and the staff were absolutely friendly and professional. They explained everything she needed to do to keep her lush beautiful lashes looking great. So In the next two weeks, yes we'll be back. Perhaps I can find something good at ROSS or Marshals. Thank you Lash Lounge for making my wife happy and beautiful as ever however to me she will always be beautiful, with our without those luscious lashes. I'm being kind giving a 2 star, but only because At least the tech I had was nice. I've had lash lifts before and always been happy with the results. This was my first time here after over a year of getting a lift elsewhere and they left my lashes crunchy and curled not lifted. I even sent in photos. No response to my first email. Then I emailed them and we went back and forth about my experience, I even sent photos and then ghosted again. I don't think this business really cares to keep the customer. I would Not recommend the Lash Lounge!! Why?? The membership is 149$ (for me) the girls that work there are talented but they only stay looking nice for 1 week! So if you ask for a fix they Recharge without telling you! If you can afford $350 a month this is perfect but I feel they mislead you! And the Owner/mgr is Rude! Where to start with this place ... I made my appt, I arrived & stood at the counter to check in along with another customer. The person I was at the counter with lash tech came to greet her and take her back with NO acknowledgement to me ... didn't say someone will be right with you or anything just rude like I wasn't standing there to check in. Finally I'm called back, my tech takes about 2 hours & 15 min to complete my Full set. Even though my lashes look very thin & nothing like the sample photo I leave because I'm tired from coming straight from work and being there over 2 hours . The next day I notice there is no lashes on my outside corners & only a few lashes on the inside corners, i decided to call to have them fixed because I paid 150 for a hybrid set that looks like Ive had them done for 2 weeks. I asked for another tech at first I was told I have to pay more for someone else to fix my lashes ... why should I have to go to the same tech who's work I don't like ... I asked for them to be removed & I be refunded but was told ITS NO REFUNDS ! LONG STORY SHORT: I Wasted 3/4 hours with this location & paid too much money for the service received. I've been wearing lashes over 10 years I tried this location because it's close to my home . This was the highest I ever paid for a lash set which I'm happy to pay for good quality but this was actually the WORST set I ever gotten. I recently got lash extensions and though they looked super pretty, they all fell out not even a week into having them and I followed everything the tech told me being cautious with them. First off, I had come here only because I needed an emergency set for a vacation trip. I usually go to my own lash tech who charges half the price, but since she was not available in time I had to come here. I had a hybrid set of lashes done here for $130. Took about an hour to an hour and a half. After I was done, the girl at the front tried very hard to make me set an appointment for a fill, but I declined. And thank goodness I did. I waited the full 24 hours before going into water and washed them every night as directed. They didn't even make it a couple days..lashes fell out one after the other, and by the fifth day I looked like I had chicken feet on my eyes. It was so badly applied, I had to take them off myself on the fifth day with some oil. My lashes I get from my regular lash tech last the FULL 2 weeks before needing a fill, these sets couldn't even make it a full week. And considering the steep price of $130, you'd expect these sets to hold at-least for a week... Super disappointed. Won't be returning. read more

I was looking to get lash extensions or a lash lift or just anything really to make my life easier; I have several events over the course of the next 4 weeks and decided on a lash lift. Lash extensions would have needed a touch up in-between my travel times. It was super easy to set up my account online and make an appointment. I setup an appointment for 10am. I was running about 10 mins behind so I called right when they opened to let them know. They were very gracious and kind to me for waiting. I detest being late and was completely flustered. Val wasmy tech and she was so warm and welcoming and above all, understanding. My appointment was for a lash lift and it was my first time. She talked me through the entire process and do's and don'ts. She provided me with info on other services too. I decided to add the lash tint. I went in on April 27, 2021 and had a volume set done the technician who did my lashes was Sarah exactly 5 days later I had huge gaps and my real lashes were pulling onto the false lashes it was very uncomfortable and painful so I called the owner and told her that I was experiencing this issue and she told me to send the photos and I did and then she told me this is normal I told her I've had lashes done before for many years having gaps like this within 7 days is NOT normal. She told me to come in for a fill and I have to pay for a fill after seven days so I told her it's not fair for me to pay for a fill after seven days for a job that was not done right. I Asked her can I come in and get them removed she said yes you would have to pay $35 so either way I would have to pay money to get them removed or fixed I don't think this is right I will attach photos of what they look like I don't recommend anybody going here this is the worst experience and lashes I have ever had in my entire life... read more

I waited 24 hours to post this allowing for my lashes to dry. Extremely disappointed. Wasn't pleased when done because my lashes had so many gaps. I've had lashes for 2 years and never had gaps on the initial visit. I tried this place because it's closer to me. 24 hours later I shower and half of my lashes fell off! I now have an appt with the girl I've been seeing for 2 years so she can fix this mess. I gave it a 3 because the place is beautiful and the workers very sweet.
