This 4 star review is specifically for the owner, the taller lady I believe her name is Sim. She is great, remembers her clients and listens to their needs. The other girl that works there is not good. Despite me telling her not to thread a spot on my brow, she still does. The brows are always uneven. On top of that, she leans over me the entire time, putting her body weight on me. I've never had anyone do that before. Sim- please hire another person to help you out here, I think this other lady is doing your business a bad service and may be causing you clientele. Owner 5 stars, other lady, 1. Hate leaving this review because I've came here before and had zero problems, the older lady is amazing and displays great customer service but this was the first time I got my eyebrows threaded with the younger girl and first thing I noticed was that she didn't greet or smile , simply asked "cleaning up?" And was quiet for rest of service which fine but she left one of my eyebrows patching in an area I had grown out, a few hrs later I notice that my eyebrow was hurting and looked in mirror and noticed that she cut me like 3 times. Been threading my eyebrows for over 10 years now and have never been cut. Unfortunately will not be returning here. read more

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND GO GET AN OIL HAIR/SCALP TREATMENT. it's amazing. It's only 20 bucks. And who doesn't love having their head scratched? I go here to get my eyebrows threaded and they always do a lovely job, and during my last session I saw their sign for their new service - an oil scalp treatment and head massage to help with flakey scalp and to promote relaxation, so I was like I gotta try that. I have an 8 month old so carving out self care time is tricky, like I don't have time to go get a full hour massage, but I do have 15 minutes for a scalp massage! It's like the perfect little midweek treat that doesn't break the bank! The oil is a rose scent, which I enjoyed but could be a little strong for people who are more sensitive to scents. And make sure you're not planning to go anywhere after the service cuz it leaves your whole head nice and oily. Honestly such a great service for such a great price! Sim is the most gentle, caring, loving and professional person I have ever met. Her salon itself is always clean and sanitary. Her threading technique is so gentle yet precise, I always go in for full face threads and my skin is so smooth and soft after I leave. No hair gets left behind anywhere. You can pick exactly what you want threaded from forehead, eyebrows, lips, chin, cheeks, etc. she also offers toner afterwards. I love my eyebrows thick and Sim is the only person who understands that, any other place would thin out my brows or give me an arch etc. But if you explain to Sim exactly what you want I promise you she will deliver! I decided to seek out a new threading salon after having a couple of not-so-good experiences with the place I had been going to. I needed a spot that had consistency with the quality of work between all of those who perform threading rather than hit or miss like at the previous place. I tried Orchid because they had great reviews already and are closer to my home. I am so glad I made the choice to try them out! They have been open for 5 weeks (as of 6/1/19). Sim (not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly) assisted me and she was fantastic! I walked in and said I needed help getting my eyebrows back to a decent shape. They are too skinny and wiggly looking, like a worm. Really! She was patient and thorough. We talked about the spots I wanted to grow out before she began, and then she stopped periodically to show me in the mirror spots that I may or may not want cleaned up. That way, we weren't taking too much from where my brows needed extra TLC. When complete, I asked about henna (I'm interested in having it done on my baby bump before my baby sprinkle) and she took the time to get all the answers to my questions. How long does it last, is it safe, price ranges, types of designs, when to make my appointment, etc. I highly recommend coming here! I have been a client of Nehas for almost 9 years, she is amazing. I dont trust anyone with my eyebrows. I have thick Persian eyebrows that can get out of control but she shapes and tames them with ease and expertise.my daughter also goes to Neha and so do a few of my co workers! A month ago I hosted a henna party for my sis n laws bridal shower and it was a hit!!! both Neha and Sim came to my house and made the bridal shower such a fun, unique, and memorable experience for the bride and all of the girls- the henna came out beautiful on all of the girls!! 3 of my kids have also went in to the salon to get henna and they loved it!!
