The people here were very nice and the spot was very clean and smelled great but two stars because my eyebrows are absolutely ruined. I'm new to San Diego and I have a client who told me she got her eyebrows done at a place in the shopping center next to Vons so I walked around the shopping center until I found this place and I was super excited they were able to take me the same day. I walked in with super thick brows and I walked out with completely uneven brows that are so so thin on the ends I want to cry. As a man when I walked in I felt comfortable with the staff the knew how to do there job. they listen to my need, they were very gentle with my skin, because I have a very sensitive skin. They don't align the eyebrows well enough, tried different associates and they don't listen, I asked if they could please leave my eyebrows thick but for some reason they always leave my brows thin and uneven, they are very harsh on your skin as well, I thought i was bleeding because of how harsh they are since my skin was very red! will not be coming back and I do not recommend this spa to anyone else regarding eyebrow services! read more
