This is my first time with them, however I did my research on care of them, made sure not to get them wet in the first 24 hours ( I waited 2 days!) gently brush them and clean with the micellar water- I also don't wear any makeup and have been sleeping on my back. So they look very uneven at this point, which I'm pretty upset about. I expected they Atleast lasted the two weeks with out looking like this for the amount of money they cost.....The process itself only took about 35 minutes so I'm not sure what I'll be doing next, as i read into this and found out it takes over an hour for a good lash extension session, although the initial appointment was a great experience- I'm paying to have lashes, not to have them all falling out after a week... I had an amazing first time experience here. They were extremely accommodating with my needs for specific scheduling times due to child care. Rachel was my tech, and not only was she extremely informative about every step of the process, she was an absolute sweet heart! I explained what I wanted, she showed me pictures and walked me through the process. I got exactly what I was looking for :-) The shop was very clean, she washed her hands before service and masks were worn. We all need time for self-care and finally made that appointment to get my eyebrows done at Rupi's…read more I had seen on their website that appointments needed to be made and easily made an appointment through text message. Once confirming my appointment, they had forwarded a photo of their new rules for the customers. Which is totally understandable. I was sent a link for a pre-screening questionnaire the day prior and took no longer than 2 minutes to fill out. On the day of my appointment, I had arrived 5 minutes prior as per their rules. No other customers were in the salon at the time. As soon as I entered, there was another pre-screen survey and temperature check. They sanitized their work area and seat prior to me sitting down in the chair. As always, I was very happy of the end results of the eyebrow threading. They do a very thorough job and take their time. I never feel rushed when I am there. Their prices are fair comparable to other salons. And plenty of parking behind the building and street parking. I will be back again in 2 weeks for another touch up! I highly recommend this salon for all your threading/waxing needs.

The place is clean, it was empty, and I saw my lady wipe the chair down before I sat. Excellent. Now when it came to the services, my lady was sweet and kind. Easy to talk to. I got a simple threading and I wanted to try the eyebrow tinting as well. Sigh, I understand my eyebrows aren't the easiest to thread bc it can be very sparse but my lady threaded it thinner when I said just to clean. I felt like she was trying to create an arch when my brow just does not naturally arch so it created the middle of my brow to look thinner and unnatural. After the tinting, I know it looks more dramatic bc the dye is more prominent but it's clear where she put the dye and how it was going to look and it looked so uneven and I know my brows don't look THAT uneven. I had tinting done before and it looked amazing, but this time around at this location it just wasn't good. Would I go back? I would to try and give them a second chance maybe I just have to be more clear and explicitly say just clean and keep it thick but we'll see.

The bad: According to my text message I had Jamie Jung as my lash tech. Started off normal but my eyes had a mild reaction to the glue and despite being closed my eyes teared up bad, I remained relaxed the entire time but disappointed that she couldn't be bothered to use some sort of cotton to wipe the tears. They made their way into my ears. Not the end of the world but annoying and in my mind I felt she lacked empathy. She for some reason needed to rearrange my head (she moved it into the exact same position??) but it was very rough when she did it. Upon checking out I was questioned on the lack of gratuity which is optional. If I am not giving it that should be that, honestly she should be grateful for what I did give her given my experience. I explained my dismay to the woman at the front desk. I don't think my experience is the standard but then again I don't look like their typical standard client so I personally won't be back and that's the beauty of America I have options.

Check their Instagram for many before and afters! I personally have been here twice to get their Lash lift & tint and have truly fell in love, seriously thank you so much Lily and staff! My lashes look so great and natural, I really can't keep up with the maintenance of lash extensions which is why I enjoy doing the lash lift. The procedure takes about 45 minutes, you wash your lashes with the lash cleansing foam they give you when you get there, when they are done they will also give you instructions and a small kit that explains the maintenance to keep your lashes looking great with a serum and lash brushes. I have had my lashes done by two different staff members and both were excellent. It's very easy to book online, you will also be able to check the prices on their website and for the service the price is reasonable. The establishment itself is very cozy, pink and gold decor that looks really great! I unfortunately don't live in the state anymore but rest assured when I come back to visit I'll be making an appointment to get my lashes done!

Brow virgin here! 47 years old and never had anything done.....until today! I'm a new person…read more Christy is the best, her salon is clean, warm, fun and inviting. Christy is an expert at what she does, I expected it to be a little painful, it wasn't. I have sensitive skin so I thought my eyebrows would be red for a while, they weren't. She treated them after she was done and the redness faded quickly. She gave me a lesson on filling them in. I'm now addicted!!!
