However, instead of working with me to reschedule and continue my treatment, she decided to stop taking me as a client. I was very disappointed that after five months of being a client, there was no effort to find another appointment time or a reasonable solution. I specifically wanted my baby hairs addressed, but i did not feel that this area received the proper care and attention i expected.
