The employees are so incredibly helpful here! Think customer service and assistance on par with Nordstrom, but with better prices. Great vintage items and locally made goods as well! I also love consigning my own items to them. read more

I'm highly annoyed with this place and will not be shopping here again. A few months ago they were doing online auctions you would watch live and say a number they would say your name and say sold well I went in to pickup my items and they had sold the item and then turned around and said oh no you were second to comment sold I watched the video back and i was actually first to comment and they even said sold to and my name and they tried to make me feel awkward like I was in the wrong. I let this go because of covid and thought it could have been an honest mistake. and decided to try again . I messaged them asking if they had a certain brand in and they said yes we do I asked if they could hold it so I could come in on a certain day to look so I drive there and they are closed (my fault for not checking the hours although they have very odd hours) so I message again saying I'm interested in this item and I get a message back saying they sold it and they have been slammed so it's hard for them to do anything online. If they would have simply told me that days ago I would have went in and looked. I loved shopping here but definitely won't be back because this left a bad impression on me. read more

I've been shopping at Threads for years. I love the store, the people who work there. I've never been pushed to buy something I didn't want, never been told something looked good on me when it didn't (have been told a time or two that something did not look good on me). They are picky about what they take for resale, so you know you're going to get something unique and wonderful. They are very community centered, and I'm delighted to find them downtown in the old JC Penny building. They fit. Love this store, and the gals who work there. read more

I stumbled upon Threads a few weeks ago. I love everything about this place!! The bright airy space, the way the garments are showcased and displayed, having different sections for clothing from different decades, the personable and helpful staff, the charming dressing rooms.... etc. wish I lived closer. I am very pleased with the quality of items that the Treasure Tree has available for those of us that are looking for used but nicer items at a reasonable price. As a seasoned shopper, I found Treasure Tree to be one of the nicest locations for consignment in the Tri-Citys area.
