Also, and far more importantly, when the installers came back the second time to install my washer/dryer pedestals, they stole my hand vacuum, the filter from my shop-vac, and the non-slip pad that I had my laundry detergent sitting on. Iffy service was more of a three-star issue - but theft if something else entirely! I'd give 0 stars if that was possible.
