This place USED to be OK before they jacked up the prices. It was close to home and better than other places in the Herndon area. When they increased the price to $15 I thought that was a little ridiculous for just OK service, so I started looking around more and started going to Sonia's Jewelry in Herndon which is about half the price and do a better job. Highly suggest checking this place out to get your eyebrow shaped. They have a good eye for the most appropriate eyebrow size and shape if you let them direct things a bit. They have a bonus card for regulars and it's precise and pain free. All the girls i have been to were good. read more

I've been to this location twice. The first time I left with the most beautiful eyebrows. Before servicing me, the woman who helped me talked to me about the look I wanted. There was no pain. I should have gotten her name. The second time I was there, the woman who helped me was nice enough, but my eyebrows looked horrible and it was super painful. On this second visit, I left with two different looking eyebrows. One was jagged and shaped almost like an s; the other was thin with no arch. I love Neetu!!! I won't let anyone touch my face anymore for threading. I followed her from her previous place of employment. Even though she is about 35 minutes away from me, i can only go to her. She does just a great job, is very fast and gentle. Compare to other indian salons she is very professional, and great customer service. I have also gotten facials from her and they are amazing for the $$. It's such a great value, she does hand massage, neck massage all in the facial. Also i have gotten oil massage for my hair. Worst place ever. Here is my story: Went to get my face done on Thursday night, when i walked i the lady told me to have a seat and then completely igorned me while talking to other customers, once she was done she came and start complaining about they are ready to close. I politely got up and was walking out saying no problem but she insisted on me staying( at the same time complaining to come early next time) Counting on clock 5 min later she said i was done!!!! It takes at least 20 to 30 min to do full face threading, i have been getting it done since i was a teenager. I looked in the mirror and my face was not even close to be done. when i asked her she said she is done and she is really fast. i asked her for her name, she refused i asked for manager name, she refused I ended up paying 45 dollar for nothing!! I called the ower and asked her to refund my money but she said she will call me back. its been a month and i didnt hear from her!! I will be taking action because they not only have worst customer service but also they are RIP-OFFS!!!!! read more

Was excited to try this place out due to the positive reviews, and especially since I had been letting my eyebrows grow out for a while. Not impressed. When I arrived there was a woman waiting on her turn for an upper lip and touch up on her eyebrows. It was super quick, 5 minutes tops. The waiting area is next to the reclining chair where all the work is done. Simple setting but it doesn't feel crowded. I explained to the lady that I like thick eyebrows and wanted simply an arch. I even went as far as to explain that I haven't gone to get them done in a bit over a year because they threaded too much. She heard me but didn't seem to care. She was really fast and I felt like she was doing what she thought best to my eyebrows rather than what I wanted. Which is what I've always ran into in the past. The rosewater was a nice touch at the end. I wasn't happy with the outcome, my eyebrows were in my opinion too skinny and the price of $15 for 5 minutes of their time in which it seems like she rushed is not worth it to me. read more

I've had mixed results with the quality of the eyebrow work. It's always been fast and usually all business. I usually go in the afternoon. My frustration is with the prices. I think they were lower when they started and they offered a free service after so many paid services, but they raised the required number of paid services needed before you get the service. read more

I went here once[7/19/2016], it was close to work and I really needed to get my eyebrows done! It could be cleaner, one of the roofing tiles were missing. The staff was nice, but she was not good. She kept going over the same areas around my eyes, didn't take out all the hairs I had to repeatedly show her the stray hairs. She was very slow at pulling out the hair, so much I could feel each and every hair being removed. Eventually I just thanked her and left, 15.00 is a waste especially when I had to go home and pluck out the rest.
