It's perfect if you are looking for a trend item that is budget friendly. It's also aesthetically pleasing to the eye for an outlet store. The demographic skews towards the younger college age crowd and older women trying to be. But the find for all ages is if you need a trend accessory of the season, this is the place to go. The prices are excellent and it might be your next find for that trip to Vegas or NOLA. I scored a crochet handbag (wished I got the pink beaded clutch bag), a hat, $5 4th of July t-shirt and a sports bra. Out of the items I wished I had thrown back was the sports bra because the straps were oversized (it would have worked better with a cross back). Total spend was $40. When I checked out, the cashier told me that they receive new items on Fridays/Saturdays. I went on a Friday so I did good. There's ample parking and it's in a business park. Definitely worth checking out!

A lady and a guy was working there and we weren't greeted at all. We picked up some shoes and wasn't even acknowledged and then the lady looked at me finally and I raised the shoe up and asked for help with a size and she turned away and started talking to the guy.. I thought maybe she was a manager asking the guy to help us but no one came over and they just carried on with their conversation. No need to continue we just left and spent our money else where. We took over 3 hours shopping at our favourite brand stores. Had an enjoyable time, found good deals. In the last few months some changes seem to have happened, there are no food places anymore, the restroom location has shifted and there are some snack and beverage vending machines placed in the area outside those. I like this placement better; the restrooms are now located centrally in the mall. Ample parking spaces which makes it convenient. Over all a good experience except for the brief not so worthy a moment at the Adidas store - the front desk person there - she is not a best customer servicing person. Maybe someone really needs to look into that aspect. Will come back soon!

They have a great selection. This one is located inside the Solano Mall. I ordered a Sanrio dog bed online and had to delivered to the store for pick up. (It was even cheaper than Amazon for the same product.) The employee working that day was really helpful! He helped open the package so I could confirm it was what I bought before taking it home. He was telling me how they always have sales. The online inventory is bigger than what's in store. When you buy something online you get a coupon for next time. I even joined their free rewards membership. When he asked if there was anything else he could help with I asked about some earrings we saw. Half was missing. He offered to sell it to us half price and when we were interested in half a pair he helped us find it online and buy it to have it shipped there. This is a great place to shop for presents for kids and adults alike!

I've always enjoyed checking out the pop culture merchandise at BoxLunch. I was helped by two employees, I didn't get the name of one of them but my receipt says Bianca. They were both very kind, checked in with us & honored my birthday discount! I couldn't make it to any BoxLunch location during my birth month, so that meant a lot to me. This was also the most organized BoxLunch location I've been to, surprisingly! I even found some really cute Sanrio pajamas I had been eyeing since last year, they finally had my size! Overall a very wholesome experience. If I am ever in the area again, I will be sure to stop by. :)
