I explained to Diane the issue I was having with my lower back legs and feet due to an injury. After trying several sneakers she found me the perfect fit which were the Brooks sneakers. Diane understood my needs and she fit me with the perfect sneaker that I aim able to use daily. I decided to return to the store two weeks later and ask for Diane again. She remembered me and I told her this time I needed an indoor outdoor slipper, that would work as well as my sneakers. Again she was able to accommodate my needs and I left the store with two pairs of slippers. The Olukai and Prophet are a perfect fit. I was in the area so I decided to give this one a go and I'm really glad I did. I purchased an adorable butterfly ring from the Jewlery counter and the cashier was absolutely wonderful! She didn't sigh at every request unlike my experience at other Tj Maxx's. I found that most of the people who worked here were wonderful. Another woman told me about all the new items they had just gotten in and pointed me in the right direction. I ended up buying more stuff and when I went to cash out at the register I was in awe at how friendly and helpful this cashier also was. This store is also ORDERLY and neat unlike other TJ's where you can't find anything! Maybe it's because I had so many problems at other stores that I was expecting worse, but I'm glad I gave it a go and I would definitely return to this store!
