We ordered a side of beef and pork last year and got the call that our pork was ready recently! I was super excited. A couple calls back and forth to make delivery plans and all was ready! The day before receiving, I get a call that someone else is bringing it to ANC and what made this even better was that he was willing to meet up, rather than us having to drive to Carlile to pick it up. A couple update phone calls for time and location and now my freeze has plenty of pork to last us quite a while! A few different types of ground pork & sausage, smoked bacon slabs, chops, roasts... Om nom nom! I was so pleased with how everything worked out and looking forward to getting the call for our beef later on this summer!
