If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would! I'm not a picky eater by any stretch of the imagination, and could not eat more than 2 bites of the pizza. It was greasy, rubbery, cold, and had barely any detectable sauce or toppings. The delivery came in a speedy 2 hours which would be great if they had to travel 4 miles to deliver on foot! The hot wings were burnt through.... literally no chicken left, and no buffalo sauce... How the eff do you mess up an order of hot wings.... seriously... no chicken left after being over-fried, and NO SAUCE! I ordered my daughter spaghetti and meat balls... The pasta was overdone and clumped into one mass... and the 2 meatballs were swimming in a tomato water. She cried, and would not eat it..... To top it all off, the Mozzarella cheese sticks were not only store-bough... but they were cold, and the outside didn't appear to have been fried... microwave maybe? I don't know.... One good thing is that the salad at least was edible considering it was iceberg lettuce mix from a bag... no toppings or dressing though. I called the store, and told them all of the above info and ask for a refund, and whoever I was talking to was a jerk, and said that everyone likes their food, and I was wrong. Allow me to quote "Sorry, but we aren't going to refund you based on your opinion. Everyone likes our food." I told them to come and take a look at this terrible food, and they hung up. All in all, this place is a dumpster. All of that lovely food cost us around $60, and was all thrown out... I've never thrown pizza out until now. This story does have a happy end though... I ended up driving to Sonic to get food for my starving family (in-laws included). They all ate better food from Sonic at 8pm... Than 3 Brothers could provide. read more

This is a great place to order food if you want terrible customer service from the manager or you want a really average slice of pizza. Ordered delivery from here and all we ordered was a pepperoni pie. Literally, that's it. Instead, we got a half plain half pepperoni. I didn't have time to reorder and wait for an entire new pizza to be made and delivered because I had a doctors appointment for my concussion. I told the manager I wanted a refund and he was extremely rude and disrespectful, not accommodating at all. He wasn't even sorry that I got sent the wrong pizza instead he just gave me attitude. He refused to refund me and basically said f*ck you have a nice day. Right back at you buddy! Rude, unprofessional. Young man at the cash register taking orders does not belong in this type of position. Apparently it's the Managers son, this is suprising as you would think the manager is teaching his son to be respectful and kind to customers. We only ordered a 14 inch pizza! We asked what number we were so we knew when our number was called, the young man mumbled "I do not know" we had also asked him "are all your pizzas thin crust?" With a smug look, rude tone he mumbled "I do not know!" How do you have a staff person taking orders who does not know basic questions? Then even if you do not know you do not just say I don't know??!! You help the customer and find out!!! Smh. When pizza was ready we opened the box, noticed order was wrong. We clearly asked for mushrooms, there were no mushrooms. He failed to even apologize or look at us! He took the pizza from us, and all manager said was "ok give us a few minutes" never even apologized, acted irritated. His son smirked never even said a word to us. The young girl working stated he is managers son, he just started. Ok fine but you help him, teach him to at least be respectful!! Just got a delivery from them, and we got an order that was intended for another address. We called the store, and the phone person over there called the driver, who returned to my home with our correct order. The driver, however, took back the food order that she had originally given us (the one that had been meant for another address). I have no idea what use she or the store would have for it. Ordered online for delivery at 6:30pm with an expected delivery of 7:40pm. At 7:30pm the delivery driver called and said he was lost and asked if it was a good number to call me back on, I gave him verbal directions and figured if he had any other issues he would call back. I didn't hear back and at 8pm I reached out to Eat24 online chat to see where the food was. They reached the restaurant and said they needed to cancel and refund my order because the driver couldn't find my location. I found this very strange as I'd ordered from them the week before. I told the chat this and they called the restaurant back and said the driver would be calling me. He calls back and says he's been sitting in my apartment complex lost for 30 minutes. So in 30 minutes time why couldn't he call back and ask for further directions. I asked him if the food was cold and he said he couldn't touch it but we could check it when he came up and decide if we wanted him to go back and get new food. When he comes upstairs he's completely high or wasted and was slurring words. We took the food hesitantly and when I go to heat it up I notice an entire order is missing. I called him back and said he forgot the other order, he starts acting confused and said he doesn't have that with him at all. I told him just to come back and get the cold food and I'd get a refund from the restaurant. This was previously one of my favorite restaurants but I will not be ordering from them again.
