I absolutely loved the experience and will definitely come back monthly! They provide a rubber scrubber, hypoallergenic soap, face wash and an apron for bathing. At the drying station, they provide ear cleaner, conditioning/detangling spray, a comb, a brush and a very high powered dryer! Bathing my Frenchie was quick and easy. The store also has toys, food, treats and accessories.

I was a bit nervous to see what groomers were out there, but I saw that this place had excellent reviews and in this case, it was an emergency I had found a tick on my dog and wanted to make sure that we took precautions got him groomed and treated. I called the puppy parlor and right away. They booked me for the first availability that they had the same day. It was a miracle and I was so grateful to be able to get a spot. They were very professional and thorough. They asked me questions about the dog. If I had any concerns, they listed the pricing over the phone of their services so I had an idea before walking in once I got off the phone they sent me a confirmation text and a form to fill out that was super easy to do any additional questions that I had the team was on and super quick to respond and pass along any messages I have for the groomer. When I got to the location to drop off Jack, they were very friendly super quick with checking us in the groomer came out and she was amazing. She made sure to introduce herself to Jack. She went over any concerns that I had or that she has regarding the grooming, great communication skills overall, and I'd love that she made sure that my dog felt safe with her before she took him. She even got to ground-level to introduce herself once I dropped off Jack. They let me know that they would call me and then I can go pick them up. They sent me a text once he was ready and I went to go pick up Jack once I got inside they immediately brought him out and he looked amazing. He was clean. He was happy which is overall the best thing that I can expect he didn't seem scared or skittish he seemed confident and a happy pup. The grooming came out. Perfect he smelled amazing his nails and everything was done perfect perfectly. I am thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be coming back for our regular grooming. We had a terrible experience today. We've gone to Honey B's for years and always had a good…read moreexperience, but after the owner change, it's gotten very hit or miss. Today was the absolute worst, and the LAST time we will use Honey B's services. They assured me my groomer was available, and that they had my preference card. When I arrived, I was informed that my groomer had quit, and they had all new staff. I reiterated my preferences (shave down, poodle toes, schnauzer face and beard). I was called for pick-up and had to send her back because she wasn't shaved down. When she came back out, I sent her back again because her feet weren't done. When she came back this time, they had cut her beard off and she no longer has a schnauzer face. I am so disappointed. After I got to the car, I realized that I paid him cash and that he didn't give me my change. I returned in, and the lady said she needed to call the owner before she could give me my change. Are you kidding me?? Worst service ever. Worst grooming ever. This will NEVER happen again.
