My L*E was a rescue after being abused and is very afraid of people. When we get her nails trimmed I have to hold her, this has never been a problem in the past. Everyone was always so great with us and have even gotten L*E to trust them a bit. Today we came in and the manager told me we don't do that, you can't hold her or go back. I told him we have don't it several times and he told me, no we don't allow anyone in the back. I said again, they have several times, never been an issue. He told me, I'm the manager, we do not do that. So we left and went to Four Paws Bakery, they were amazing with L*E and me. I held her and they are so gentle and talked to her the entire time. If you need services go to Four Paws. We have a new place and you have lost loyal customers. I can understand rules, but he wasn't friendly and that was a new to us rule. So disappointed. But, Four Paws was the best and less expensive.
