My friend who lives out this way suggested we stop here for dinner on our way back from NC to VA. I'm so glad we did. It's right off 58 and was great! It's kinda a little hole in the wall type of restaurant- not the nicest seats, old decor etc... but the food was yummy! We were told to sit anywhere, which we loved picking our spots. We had the manager as our server, and she was just lovely! She was clearly in a hurry, but she was super cool & funny. The food was great, but I feel like some shortcuts were taken- like the Greek salad & Greek spaghetti had sliced black olives, as opposed to Kalamata olives. I'm always disappointed when I get those, although I still really like them. The Gaelic bread looked bland and meh, but it was very tasty. Not a large beer selection, which made it easy to drink water. I will definitely return when making my way back to the 757 from the 910. read more

Dirty!!!! I was with a group of ppl so I stayed even though it was gross inside. We ordered pizza and im going to leave an honest review and tell you the pizza was not to bad but here's the real gross part. The waitress picked up open to go boxes and napkins off the floor that were being walked over by customers. We watched her put them back up on the shelf with the others. I came here with 28 others for dinner. They set up a large table for us along the back wall and a few had to sit in the booth nearby. Our waitress , "Jay" was AWESOME! So many people at once and she handed it like a pro. A smile never left her pretty face and she was so knowledgeable about the menu and handled some special orders. I had cannelloni and a side salad with the best homemade dressing !! I am picky about my Italian "gravy " and this place does it right!!! We all enjoyed our meal and the service. Would leave this place a zero. There was HAIR in my food. Not just one but a clump. The server was very kind and said she wouldn't blame us we never went back. The chef/owner didn't even take the time to come out and acknowledge it. Not to mention they are hit and miss. We gave them plenty of opportunities to get our food right on multiple visits. Haven't been to 3 guys since it's been under new management. Tried today and got the manicotti with salad and also a pizza with onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. The pizza was overpowered with toppings. I think if they lower the $2 per topping price, they can afford to cut back a little on how much topping they put on. The salad was fresh. Manicotti tasted store bought. Will possibly return and sample something different on few menu next time. read more

I have been to several of their locations on the west coast and to be an authentic Italian restaurant I would say they SUCK MY son ordered the ravioli which came out not looking appealing at all and the taste was like it was freezer burnt The best part of the meal was the appetizer and they were over cooked chicken wings I got pasta as well and it had way way way too much marinara sauce Needless to say with my son having partial roots they are Italian we and he alone will never return Waitress was very nice she was working alone it seemed but she was spunky and very sweet. read more

Gave it another go. The pizza was respectable, but the pasta was a huge disappointment. You should probably NOT cut up sandwich slices of ham for the tortellini alla panna. No respecting Italian would do such a thing. Dont think because you are in po dunk Virginia you can cut corners. read more

Just had the worse experience ever there. The guy who was working at the cash register tonight was awful. He was very rude. Not sure who put him on the forefront of the customer service experience at this place but it was absolutely horrific. He didn't even tell us a total he shifted the screen so we could see it ourselves and then yelled "have a bette day" as we left. Seriously awkward. I'd hate to think that it's because everyone in the group didn't look like him *side eye* thankfully we're only visiting family and that we don't frequent this awful place often. read more

Beer is expensive, food is mediocre, sanitation is mediocre, price is high , and the staff is just ok. Biggest the complaint is that the price does not reflect the quality of food at all. I've had a few exceptionally bad experiences at this restaurant and would have given it a one star out of spite, but in all honesty it deserves two. Avoid this restaurant if you don't want to spend a ton of money on truly mediocre Italian food. Note: The pizza is terrible....baked ziti is ok. However, if you're in Franklin Virginia, I suggest checking out Don Pancho's Mexican restaurant. In every category they are superior! read more

First time visiting since moving to Franklin. It has potential but....first of all I cannot remember the last time I ordered pizza and it had the chewy crap canned mushrooms on it. How much effort does it take to get some fresh ingredients? It's named 3 Guys Italian, you think one of these guys could get their shit together. Did I mention "red" onions on the pizza which I ordered well done and of course it was far from it. The steak roll had good flavor besides the "canned" mushrooms and the grease filled roll from the steak. I got this food to go and the building needs some love as well, mop buckets and crap visible behind it, the front entry way looks like shit as well. Restaurants in this town could have it made if they gave a crap about quality, most folks don't have an issue paying the money for good quality food. If this town ever gets any quality competition you can say goodbye to about all of the current ones. read more

Horrible experience. My second visit in the years we've lived here, I did not go back after the first time but decided to chance it tonight. The food is very good. That's how I'm giving it two stars. The service was awful. It's all children working there. I went in with my two teenage boys and a friend of ours, my boys got their appetizer after they were done eating their dinner, my friend and I were going to get our bread after we were done eating....but we said we didn't need it at that point. It's an Italian place, pasta dishes come with bread, usually at the beginning. We were finished eating and they still hadn't brought our bread. There were only three tables occupied, but tracking the waitress down to get a drink was next to impossible. The two boys and myself were $65 without tip, for them to get their appetizers when they were already full and for myself to never have bread to go with the very good pasta that I ordered. Tracking down a box for the leftover pizza that my boys had and get a check was not happening. Finally the second time we just took the boxes ourselves and we paid at the door on the way out. We never got a check. The first experience was bad enough and the wait for the food is forever, but the service was beyond hideous. I am a small business owner and I don't care how much they promote that this is a family owned business. It's not very well run and even with the decent food, the price and experience was something that makes me want to eat a TV dinner. read more

Awesome hidden gem, I drove past this place for weeks thinking it was closed because of the way their parking lot sits it looks like it's empty a lot. Wifey finally yelped to see if they were open... glad she did. Pizza crust is fabulous a little pricey but we thought worth it once we tasted it. The linguine with clams and mussels was top notch ( I've eaten better but only for twice the price in NYC or Vegas) the baked Ziti was on point as well. Give them a try. Been a customer for 25 years. That ended last night. Placed a to go order via phone. One of the items was manicotti. The young man taking the order had no idea what it is. After asking me to repeat it at least 5 times, he asked me if it was a chicken dish. I asked him to get someone to help him, which he did. While checking out, they did not have my salad with the order. I had to show them on the receipt that I just paid for it. Upon returning home and getting ready to eat, I found the presentation of the manicotti to be revolting. It looked like slop tossed in the container. Since I had no other immediate option for dinner, I closed my eyes and had a bite. It didn't taste good at all. Needless to say, I did not eat it. As an afterthought, I realized that the meal looked like I had gotten it from Don Pancho. Had I ordered a Mexican dish, the presentation would have made more sense. I was at Three Guys around 7 PM, and there were only three tables in use. The parking lot was pretty much deserted. I miss the Three Guys of days gone by. I don't expect the new owners to be exactly like the previous owners, but I still had high expectations. I wish the new owners well, but it will be without me. read more

Very over priced. I had what I think was a 99cent frozen Michelangelo lasagna. It was not awful but lacking in cheese for sure. The hours are odd and hard to remember. Not that I intend to be a regular customer Franklin just does not have many options. The pizza from Joes just across the bridge by the paper factory is much better. ok, this used to be one of my fave places to get pizza when i was a teenager. i must admit, i haven't been in a really long time - but the memories still linger in my mind. its family owned and the food is authentic Italian food. i remember sometimes they're family from Italy would be visiting and the grandmother would be in the back helping out. lovely. my friends and i used to go here on the weekends. this makes me miss my little ol' town of Franklin. *sigh* read more

They have a lunch special that is an 8" sub, fries, and fountain drink for $7.95. We had the cheesesteak and the meatball Parmesan. Both were delicious. And they were able to serve us quickly. This place was probably the biggest disappointment for me. I went to an Italian restaurant for spaghetti so I expected it to be pretty good. I was highly disappointed. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. When I opened the box, it looked pretty good. To my surprise, it was absolutely disgusting. The meatballs were by far the nastiest I've ever tasted. The sauce was okay and the meal wasn't overcooked or anything. It just wasn't good at all. The bread was plain French, no butter, garlic or anything on it. Overall, I was not happy with my purchase and I ended up throwing it away. If you want some pretty good spaghetti, go across the street to Pizza Hut. It's much better than this! read more
