I simply called to inquire about a home for sale in the area. Just like another review I read, all he could do is talk over me. He just kept asking if I was an agent and if I had an agent and what my name is. Over and over and over again even though I had answered him several times. The fact of the matter is that the house in question has been foreclosed. Brian and company will not make much money on it, hence why he has little interest in selling it. Also someone (I was told the past owner of the house or was it someone who knew the house was empty/foreclosed - a banker? a realtor?) has ransacked the house and taken anything of any value including the antique front gate. And now a bunch of people who may or may not have jobs have moved in. They have a poor pit bull that they let run wild and crosses Rosecrans Street and will eventually get killed by a car. I sure hope they are paying rent. Someone told me they were squatters. Maybe all of the sleazy stuff mentioned above is why Brian didn't want to answer my questions. I wonder, did Richard Realty rent to these people? Or does Richard Realty even know that they are living there? Or does Richard Realty even care? My money is on the last. Minimally Richard Realty should be able to handle taking calls and answering questions. Since they cannot even handle that I find it hard to believe they would be able to handle anything more. There are too many good agents in San Diego to put your money on these guys. DON'T DO IT !!
