I've been coming here for decades as a trucker. It is a quiet place to park for a ten or 34 hour break. The restaurant which is currently & unfortunately closed on Sundays is a gem with the food & service both excellent. Washers & dryers both work well. This Truckstop is the worst rathole I've ever stayed at! The grounds and facilities have not been really cleaned in a long time, and they don't even blow the debris outside with a yard blower. The showers have no place to hang your clothing, they are very tiny, and sometimes don't have hot water. There are no shower curtains and if you want an extra town, they're gonna make you pay for it!! If you're using their laundry service, make sure you bring quarters, and look at the machine over real. Good to make sure it's one of them that works. One of them was even "missing a door" when I was there visiting. They have no card readers on these machines, and they refuse to give you change if you need it. You're going to pay over $6, just to wash your clothes! If you add the $3 for the dryer, you're talking about $10 per load!!! And while your laundry is washing, you can forget about sitting at one of the empty booths in the restaurant that's closed after hours. When I did, and got got up to check my laundry, they actually put a big bench in the entryway to keep me from going back. There's no other place to sit, "but" one of the two cheap chairs in the laundry room. And it's not as pretty as you see in the photos... Some of the ship machines don't work, one of them has a door ripped off, it's not that nice at all. The only redeeming grace for this place is the Mexican food restaurant inside. Their food is awesome! I will never come here again. There's a Pilot truckstop right around the corner, and I plan to go there next time. PS, by the way, you're going to pay $20 a night just to park here. At pilot you can park for free, and they'll let you sit in their booths all night long, with free Wi-Fi! And if you asked for an extra towel, they'll be glad to let you have one, at no charge. read more

This place is pretty nasty. I wouldn't give it a one star but you have to in order to leave a review. It's smells like dirty feet. The people are super rude, and you pay 25 dollars to park only to hear a very loud speaker telling you to leave every five minutes, all night long. You can hear it over the refer in your truck it is so loud. Laundry is SIX dollars a load for a normal size washer. It's mainly for the flip flop drivers who put their feet on the dash while they are driving. read more

Store is small but clean, they are doing great job trying to keep it that way, the staff is very friendly especially Jan she is very polite. I spoke to her and she told me they are going to start making changes to attract new customers, and making sure they come back. Parking fees are cheap. read more

I am posting this for my father since he is the driver but he has told us how rude the managers have been in the last year and how the last time he went the lady in the parking section said that she didn't care that she would lose his business that many more would come. My dad has been a customer for so long that once the new management took place all the managers and some employees got a power trip. The service has worsened over time and is getting worse by the day. It's better if you go to the flying j next door. read more

I've never been to a truck stop before so this was a new experience. I noticed that when my husband pulled into the stop in a passenger van, he took his time and made sure he wasn't in the way of any truckers. After about forty-five minutes of being here with my brother I notice how reckless everyone was driving. I'm surprised there hasn't been any accidents here. This is a truck stop so in my opinion, if your driving a passenger vehicle, you should show respect to the truckers. That aspect of them s location annoyed me so much. What I do like about it though is that it is spacious enough for the truckers and roomy enough for them to have a nap before getting back on the ride again. There is a small restaurant and store and shower/laundry on the lot which is convient and relaxing. They also have an area to get your truck repaired and washed. In my opinion that is a true truck stop. Very nice experience. read more

Got a wash here. Only place I've been that actually scrubs the truck. They don't have a spotless rinse so it's kinda a trade. Took off the dirt but traded me with spots. Absolute SH*THOLE. Crack head at counter was on the phone crying. The pump took 15 minutes to pump $16 in gas. I still haven't gotten the $34 back of the $50 prepaid. ABSOLUTE SH*THOLE no idea how this place passed inspections. read more

Disgusting and incompetent place! I handed LULA the cashier 30 dollars CASH and asked her to put 30 on pump 5. I was talking with another driver and I noticed the pump was still going and had already hit $110.00 so far and was still pumping. I immediately stopped the pump before it could pump even more. When I went inside, they said it was MY fault for not watching the pump! (Even though I had pre-paid in cash) The cashier LULA was unapologetic and snide about it, even though her mistake cost me an EXTRA $80.00 for a truck that I only needed to deliver a few miles away! They have double charged before as well. The bathrooms are extremely dirty and smell of putrid odor. Been going here for 3 years because I didn't have a Choice, but now the flying J is opening down the street.. I'll be going there instead. When I told LULA this, she said " you'll be back, that place will be too busy!? In closIng, I do want to say that the lady who runs the restaurant is a very nice and sweet lady. Do you have to pee? I mean....do you REALLY have to pee? Because this place will seriously make that cactus watering plan you had (where you just pull off the side of the road and let it all) out sound genius. It is currently undergoing some sort of renovation but they don't seem to mind the lack of a floor, putrid smell of chemicals and copious dust as they cook away. We ran into buy an obligatory soda and snack on our road trip and I couldn't find a single bottle of soda in their cooler that wasn't covered in weird sticky ooze. There has to be some attraction in the parking lot because there are hundreds of trucks stopped there, but only a few customers inside. The place is so not worth the stop friends, even for the laugh of at the horror of it all. read more

Make sure you ask the cashier how much the gas actually is! I came here and saw one price being marked on the machine ($3.29), another price written on the door as we walked in to pay ($3.89) but charged another different price ($3.99). When told the employee he just said he was sorry that he tried to announce it on the door but the machines where another thing and if we wanted to make a conplain to call the owner. One other thing, there are four pumps total in this gas station and only two work. read more

Got a truck wash here. They seem to choose their prices at random? I've read other reviews where they charged 34 bucks to 52 bucks for a truck wash. Well I got only my tractor washed here for 58 bucks. Yup pretty much 60 bucks. My windows look worse than before, hows that a thing? I was expecting the usual 40 bucks charge for just the tractor and that would've been fine for this wash. I might come back again to see if they'd do a better job. The workers who washed my truck were kind and really did put effort into washing my truck but the end result was not great and the 60 dollar charge ain't right. read more

Do not ever go to their dump of a tire shop!! If I can give a negative star I would but these guys are all crooks and rob you of your money. I own a trucking company and my driver had a flat and these crooks sold my driver "used tires with over 75% thread" for $150 each. I had to buy two of them and go off of their word since I was not physically there and my driver does not know the difference between virgin, recap or regrooved tires. They sold me junk regrooved tires that if you look very closely in the center thread the wires are coming out. How can you expect people to respect you and do business with you if all you do is lie and rob them of their money. I'm luck my driver made it back to the truck yard which was 30 miles away without them blowing on him on the freeway and possibly causing a multiple car collision. Don't waste your time with these clowns, all they do is lie and steal. When I called and confronted them about the issue they said sorry, we already deposited the money, no refunds. read more

First i used the laundry, then the restroom, bought something from the grocery, watched the news and weather reports in the lounge, then i left. Returned a half hour later with my co driver...for lunch. We had the days special. The price was good, the service wonderful and the meal outstanding.
