Our extended family (from Hawaii to Utah) met at the Dennison house over Christmas for a family reunion! When you drive up the first thing you notice is the beautiful mountain at the back of the property. The house was clean, well maintained, and well stocked for family cooking. Important to follow the directions sent to you, not a GPS (some family members did and it took them a lot longer to arrive). The road is a little curvy so some may need motion sickness medication. Shelly McNight was great and helpful. I would recommend this house to a friend. The house had enough blankets for all 17 of us. The rooms were nicely decorated and mattresses were comfortable (except the sofa couches--they are not comfortable). I love the way the kitchen is set up. It is a great place to bring all your supplies and have a secluded get away (if you forget something it is a 10 mile drive). The children played games (including pool & cards), watched DVD's, and played outside near the house and at the pond. The young adults spent most their time outside by the stream and pond. One son finished a book from the book case. The goats are friendly. We loved our stay and would like to return! The live Christmas tree gave a lovely aroma and was a nice surprise! When we decided to get married in Springville, California, we secured rentals of all three properties that Three Springs Ranch offered at the time. Our families had a difficult time imagining where we were sending them when we described the properties to them, but once they arrived in Springville, everyone found the accommodations absolutely delightful. Three Springs Ranch's updated website offers only a glimpse at how well-organized and detail-oriented the owners of the properties are. Their properties are easy for people of all ages to inhabit, and they are wonderfully comfortable, comments I could not write about many of the other short-term rental properties on three continents that I have visited. Just got home from a wonderful weeks vacation at Three Springs Ranch. The house has such a cozy feeling yet it is very roomy with plenty of space for a large group. We found the house to be very clean and well stocked with everything we needed including a notebook filled with maps, directions & pictures of the local tourist sites along with other useful information. The area is beautiful, quiet & relaxing. We enjoyed fishing the beautiful lakes & Tule river, swimming, hiking the trail of giant Sequoia trees & relaxing on the pontoon boat at the small lake on the property. Our 2 year old grandson enjoyed the toys, goat herd and very friendly herd dog. We will definitely be coming back to visit again! read more

We stayed at the Waterfall Cabin in October and used it as a home base to visit the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks as well as Yosemite. The cabin is located in the Sequoia National Forest and close to the Mountain State Home Demonstration Forest. We had a great time staying at the cabin and playing in the waterfall. The cabin has everything you need and is quite beautiful. The sunsets from the deck alone were worth the trip. We had the cabin and waterfall for 2 weeks and tested it out in warm temperatures and in the snow. Shelley McKnight is a wonderful host and was always available for the odd question. We stayed at the Bear Springs cabin and also rented the guest cabin for a wedding at River Ridge Ranch. Both units were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you needed, the beds were comfy, there was lots of room to spread out. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the property! Communication was great, Shelly was always responsive. I would highly recommend it! read more
