There are so many beautiful things to look at around the garden, the gorgeous art and sculptures and it's just as interesting inside as it is outside. The owners do a great job of making Pondicherry warm and inviting. I often take a quick break and sit outside on the patio chairs to rest up a bit as I am walking through town. They have a lot of cool stuff but it's not a very big place. It can get a little crowded on the weekends depending on the time that you go. I'm certain you will find something that catches your eye. Go inside and marvel at it's greatness. You won't regret it. Look inside the side basement window as well. There is a an interactive art set up right in the window as well on street level. I make it a point to stop here every time I am in town.

Since my daughter is staying with us during my holiday break, we stopped in on a Thursday afternoon and one of the things she noticed was a yellow baseball cap with a red heart on it among other things she bought herself and for me at very nice prices. Every corner in this shop is filled with pops of color everywhere you look and, as a bonus, there's a small (very small) section of children and baby hippie clothing. The vibe is relaxed and you're not pressured into buying anything- because in true Woodstock fashion, Holly (owner?) spreads peace, love and kindness in a positive way to her customers.

There's a lot of framed photos and posters, to the right are some funky tees. I'm looking for that perfect Tied Dyed Woodstock shirt. My wife pulls out the perfect blue Woodstock shirt. Daddy is a happy pappy! The tee shirt was a little pricey but it feels like a quality product. Can you put a price on peace and my happiness? Nice store for all peaceful products.
