My wife found some clothes for our grandbaby. Even found the grandbaby a three wheeled toy that looks like a baby giraffe, the baby can sit on it and push it around. I found a few books and so did my wife. The people working here are super friendly. The proceeds go to Fort Bend's Women's Center....a worthy cause. Our next bag of donates are going here. This is your average thrift store here in the Houston area, maybe a little more on the cleaner side, given the area. You will find the usual 2nd hand clothes, shoes, bric a brac, books, furniture, electronics, jewelry, and anything else out on the store floor they think they can sell. Much of the clothing I have seen is pretty outdated, so it's not really for younger people, unless you are shopping for a Halloween outfit or a special event. Prices are about what you would expect, with some good deals to be found every now and then.

A pretty nice resale shop. Very clean and well maintained it looks like. A hair more expensive than Goodwill or Salvation Army. It supports a good cause! If you had to add some furniture to your house or appliances and were short on cash, I would recommend checking this place out. Plenty of cute trinkets and decorations, too. If you're looking for clothes or shoes, there's plenty to pick from. I saw a lot of expensive items listed here for very cheap. Also lots of retro clothes for those guys and gals that like to dress old school (I'm seriously a sucker for "mom jeans"- they look cute with a trendy retro top). I'd suggest checking for sales they may be having prior to going, like some days are apparently half off clothing prices. It'd be a good bargain for someone who wanted nice things for a lower price.

Unfortunately lately it's become really discouraging to even come in because of the terrible customer service from one particular older employee at the front register. Every interaction with her comes with an attitude for absolutely no reason. The first time I checked out with her, I bought a piece of glassware from the 75% off rack and she refused to give me the discount even though that's where it was clearly placed. I let it go because it was only a few dollars and honestly I didn't want to deal with more attitude. Another time I was there, even another customer told her she seriously needed to work on her customer service skills because of how rude she was being to everyone. Today was probably my last time coming here. I found two tops I wanted to buy that were already tagged and out on the sales floor. One was an Anthropologie top for $6 and the other was $5. When I got to the register, the same employee started complimenting the Anthropologie top and then suddenly said she needed to "go ask something." My mom and I already knew what was happening because we come here often and have noticed certain higher-value items mysteriously disappear once employees notice the brand name. She came back and told me they "couldn't sell" me the top because it was Anthropologie -- even though it had already been priced, tagged, and placed out on the rack for customers to buy. I ended up leaving without buying anything. It's honestly sad because this place used to feel like a fun community thrift shop, but now it just feels unorganized and unfair. Between the rude customer service and employees pulling items once they realize they might be worth more online, it really feels like this place is going downhill.

They were cute slingback wedges and they were a bargain. Watch the quality. These shoes were great, but there was a construction issue (remember, these are donated). Nothing a little shoe glue couldn't fix. But at six bucks and a little bit of shoe glue for a paire that could've easily cost a hundred brand new, definitely worth it.

I go here for children's clothes, although, I can't say that I've bought anything for myself. I love it because I always find Red Sox apparel and I've seen tons of other sports teams clothing items for pennies on the dollar. Get on their mailing list and you'll find they have half off days and all kindsof specials. I happen to be there on one of the days when they were holding a special and the parking lot was mobbed. I had to wait for a spot, and I finally got one! If you haven't been to a value Village, I say you just go look around. It's pretty fun and you never know what you are going to find.

I didn't argue...I left everything. Wasted an hour of my day trying to meet the criteria for this coupon and they didn't even honor it. I know the real reason why.

The selection is huge, and I love that everything is organized by clothing type and color, which makes browsing easier than at some other thrift stores. I've come across some great finds here, although certain branded items can be priced higher than an average thrift store. I've seen Lululemon shorts selling for up to $17. The biggest downside for me is the lack of supervision when it comes to children in the store. On my most recent visit, kids were running all over the sales floor, crawling under racks and playing with toys they grabbed from the toy section. One child was even peeking under every dressing room door, and no one appeared to address the behavior. The staff is generally fine, but I wish there were more enforcement of basic store rules to help create a safer and more comfortable shopping experience for everyone. If you don't mind digging and have the patience, there are definitely great deals to be found. Just be prepared for a busy and sometimes chaotic shopping environment.

However, the community has been talking about how your prices have gone up for items that I've been given to you. We don't get pay raises according to your prices, I don't know if you're aware or not but there are a couple of Department stores where we can go by unworn clothes for much cheaper than your clothes. Your name brand jeans sell for $14.95. And the new jeans I just bought from the Dept store were $9.99 & $12.99.
