My husband fortunately was able to move it out of the ticket booth line. Needing towing or roadside assistance on a Sunday is a truly impossible feat. This wasn't my first rodeo with not having towing/roadside help available on Sunday. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump. Truly exceptional service on a Sunday (when our suburban fleet of vehicles like to break down)! I will call on Q Roadside again in a heartbeat if we're ever stuck in this situation again. He was fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful.

I recently rented a truck from them for my Chicago-Arlington Heights move, having found them…read morethrough Penske's truck rental options. I did a lot of research to find the best value given the time and distance I needed the truck. When I called to clarify something, they were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone, and even offered a better price than listed on Penske's site. When I arrived to rent the truck, they were very welcoming and helpful, even allowing us to pick it up a couple hours early at no extra charge. No line, no waiting. The truck was clean and in good condition and they talked me through the various rental paperwork. I dropped off the truck in the evening and called a week later to stop by and pick up the final receipt. I assumed they'd be a little unhappy about having to dig out the receipt, but the guy on the phone seemed genuinely happy to help! When I picked up the final paperwork, the charges were clearly spelled out and there were no surprises. Moving yourself is a REALLY stressful process and these guys make the process hassle-free. I've used Uhaul numerous times before and regret it every time--long lines, small print with some hidden cost, and grouchy & overworked staff (and customers). Highly recommended.

I used them for my Schaumburg-Arlington Heights move and kept it under $50 TOTAL for 8am-3pm with a 10' truck. There was no waiting whatsoever and the truck was clean and ready to go. I don't know how picky they are, but I'd just make sure that you have all the current scratches/dings marked on the check-out sheet. They were pretty good about it, but I always double check because I don't feel like paying for scratch I didn't make, at Noffs or anywhere else. :) *You have to return the truck on Full. They give it to you on Full, but only AT THE FULL LINE. If you just let the gas fill all the way up at the pump, you will be paying for like 3+ extra gallons because it will go BEYOND the Full line. Just a little fyi for those of you trying to move fast and cheap! :) Overall service was great, quick, and clean. I am actually going to use them again because I need to move some couches. Highly recommend!

We renter the biggest truck they had which was the 26 foot to move…read moreacross the country and it was such a stressful process since they did not have the " trailer" to carry the car at the same location where the truck was even through we made the reservation a month in advance and the drive to Arizona took 3 days since we had to drive very slow like 50 miles or less/hour do to terrible tires that were not serviced before they gave us the truck which was shaking and it sounded like the tires were skipping the entire drive to Arizona. One of the seatbelts was not working. The steering wheel was misaligned which was not easy to deal with during this whole drive. Overall, the quality of the truck was not good. The seating was just a long bench like one of those cars from the 50s very uncomfortable and we had to use few soft blankets and pillows to sit on that sort of helped during the long drive. Cabin space was enough for the two people and two small dogs but could have been better. I expected better from this company that was the reason we went with them not one of the others like Uhaul. The rental was not cheap either. We paid over $2000 for the truck rental and the fuel was $900 for this trip since it used more than usual do to bad tires. I suggest for anyone who wants to rent a truck from this company since they give you new car model for local move but not if you do a one-way, to really think about it first and really look at the truck if you do need to rent from here before you sign and get the keys. I wished someone told me this information on how moving companies operate. The truck was big enough to fit a house of two bedrooms and a garage even though we don't have many stuff. I can't complain about that. The truck had a water leak on the top so some of our stuff did get wet during the move. It would have been easier to operate the truck if we were able to get a newer model 2022 or 2023 not this old one from the early 2000. Truck drivers at the truck stops kept on pointing out to us the issue with the tires. We were not able to do anything about it since we did not notice the issue until we were out on the road. Also, it took many days to load the truck and we just sold the house and we had to give the keys to the new owner and leave. Using trucks from this company is good locally but not if you need to move far and you rent one-way since it seems like each location is independently owned and you get a old truck.

I would strongly encourage anyone and everyone to use this company at your own risk. The manager had seen my review and had refunded me a total of $200 which is what had been written in my previous review, stating how it would have been nice to be even offered $200-$300 as one of the men decided he'd rather not work and play on his phone and talk to other staff. I have put in a dispute at this point with my credit card company regarding this issue as this was beyond ridiculous
