About the most enthusiasm you'll get is a hello, but after that, they give you a poker face and a bad vibe. The best way to describe it is in their demeanor, where they act as if they're better than you, or they are above wishing you a good day. I would literally say thanks, have a good day, and I would just get a weird look. Not even a "you, too" in response. It's always the little things that count, something to let me know that my business is appreciated. This location doesn't know a single thing about customer service and doesn't deserve to be in our community. You can also tell that the other reviews where they were given five stars are fake, just another example of the level of integrity you're dealing with when you walk into a place like this.

Not seeing Buffalo Trace I thought they might be out, but he took me to a huge display. On top of that, it was on sale:) I continued to shop and found they were actually having a sale on lots of brands. I found Elijah Craig Small Batch on sale for nearly half price, so I got that too:) I took my items to check out and was greeted by a very nice lady. She left & I was in the Moscato section & found the Mama Mango so we snagged a bottle. I had ordered a bottle of Ube Creme Liqueur as my friend texted that it was available so I ordered online for store pickup since I was in the area. I looked at the yummy Sauternes, a lot of which were rated 91+ pts! We have about 3 bottles at home so I just took note. I looked at the other liqueurs like Pistachios, Passion Fruit and the other fruity Moscatos I'd like to try someday. They even had Kosher wines & we were reading some of the labels which had Biblical names & titled. I'm usually buying some Caliveda Pinot Noir which is one of their best sellers. I stock up during the holidays when they have bundle deals. They have such an organized store and even have a Cigar area. They hold tasting classes in the back & upcoming ones will be for wine. We missed the Tequila tasting so we'll check another location. They have great deals as rewards members so sign up!

About three minutes into a game I like to call "8,000 bottles of wine - 1 impressively inefficient cashier on duty", I decided it would be best if I try to frequent businesses who are financially solvent enough to staff two or more cashiers during peak hours. Seasonal beers and wines galore. I think shopping here could appeal to both introverted and extroverted people. If you opt out of talking to anyone it's very easy to comb through the aisles on your own and take your time making a selection. Or you can come up to any employee for a recommendation. Which I must say- hasn't lead us wrong yet! We asked for budget friendly, easily parable, high alcohol content, and quality, and they've pointed us in the right direction every time. And suffice to say, they've never been pushy or presumptuous? Never hovered. And we've met some cool people here, customers and employees alike. Never a bad time here. It's clean right down to the bathrooms, and there's even a fridge in the back for mixers, chasers, juices, you name it. We'll keep on coming back!
