He's fair priced and actually fixes what you need done, without breaking something a little so you have to go back at another time to get something else replaced. He takes his time and listens to female customers who don't always know what they are talking about and he treats them with as much respect as he would anywhere else!! I am still driving it a couple years later and it's been a hot summer so I took it over to Garfias to get a second opinion. Garfias put some freon and dye in it and found there was no leak And it's been cold for two weeks now with no problems. Thanks Cass county tire for letting me spend the last two summers with a sauna for a car. They're OK for tires or an oil change but their diagnostic skills are weak.

I have talked to many peeps who say they do unneeded work, some pople get a 2nd opinion and find things don't need worked on that Cass Cty Tire say needed worked on. Better get the estimate in writing our you may get screwed. After they start work they got you on the hook and up the cost. They double the cost they quoted me. We refused to pay double the cost so they stoped work and sent my car home with engine parts they disassembled in a box. We ended up paying $150 for the diagnostic.So we got nothing fixed, and partially disassembled engine for money spent cause they lied to us about the cost. We would have never had the car towed to them if they had said it would have cost $2,100, original estimate was $1,000 for the same repair.
