On a recent visit, I was interested in the glassware and ceramics section and managed to find a ton of amazing steals. Most items ranged from $1-$2 which I appreciated since other donation type thrift stores seem to be charging a lot more nowadays. I also found a gorgeous genuine leather purse for only $12 and of course, had to take it home with me. I would recommend checking out this Goodwill for accessories and home goods. Although, the clothing is a bit harder to sift through and I haven't had much luck myself.

Although the shop is small, there is a lot of clothes to choose from and everything is organized well. Parking is available behind the shop along the small side street behind the shop. Cons: As mentioned, the inside of the shop is a tight fit, not much room to move around. Because of this, do NOT bring your child with you -shopping childless is not a con however ;-). No fault to the shop, but the turn getting back on York Road is scary, there is a hill and it is hard to see when pulling back out into traffic.

While the staff reviewed my items, I had time to explore the three floors and was so impressed with how the shop was curated and the condition of the offerings. They have clothing, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, belts and jewelry. The inventory is extensive and they are particular with what they accept for consignment, they review condition on all items so a lot of the stuff is very gently used, almost new. I was there on a Friday midday and was surprised by how messy the store was for only being open for 2 hours. It seems like it wasn't properly cleaned up before closing. The tops section was disorganized with a section for tanks that was oddly disrupted by regular blouses and then sweaters... and then more tanks. It was confusing to shop through and made it more difficult to find what I was looking for. I also noticed the prices being incredibly high for mediocre items (I literally saw a Gold's Gym tshirt someone probably got for free being priced at $9.99). A lot of items were damaged including a Free People top I would've totally bought had it not been missing beading and still priced at $20. I purchased a dress that was originally $12.99 but because the straps were safety pinned on and beading was missing, they were nice enough to give me a 10% discount. However, once I got home I noticed the sensor was left on the dress! Super disappointing and annoying since I don't live nearby. The dressing rooms were filthy with dust bunnies and clothes piled up all around the rooms with very few people working to get the area cleaned up. This place has boasted about how they weren't a normal "thrift store" because the shopping experience is supposed to be elevated thanks to the cleanliness and organization. But I'm afraid they've really lost their touch in both respects there. It's tough to justify paying the elevated prices when the customer experience isn't what it used to be.

Compared to all of the goodwills, and even the nearby ReStore, this is gonna be your best bet price-wise. This is the first thrift store that I've been to that rotates its inventory based on the season. All of the furniture that I've purchased here has been for less than $20, and I'm talking about good hardwood furniture and even a 7ft silk sofa wrapped in the OG plastic protectant. For my fellow DIYers, you'll come across sewing machines often here, some built into tables with full kits for about $15 - $25. There is also a rack for scrap fabric, and abandoned knitting projects in the back. This location is in the prime spot, as it receives donations from all demographics. So whatever your style is, you're bound to find something you'll like here.
