I had a temporary license issued by the state of Texas along with my passport and even an old expired license. I have never had a problem getting a car with this setup. I land in Lubbock and realize I left my wallet back home. I still have all my IDs because they were in my bag and not my wallet. They had no problem with my IDs but refused to rent a car to me because I don't have a physical credit card even though I have a picture of it. I say "ok that's my fault for losing my wallet" and grab an Uber to my job. They change the reservation to be picked up the next day while my wife overnights my wallet. I come back the next day. I'm made to wait while one of them takes a personal call. I then talk to the same people the next day who now refuse to rent me a car because I have a temporary license and accuse me of faking it. Even going so far as saying "I used to fake these to get into bars when I was underage". They then tell me I have to go to the DMV to get it signed and come back. As if the dmv is known for their efficiency . I inform them that if this was going to be a problem they should have told me this YESTERDAY when I was there and they are now screwing me out of $10,000 in appointments that I need to be attending for work. Zero understanding or sympathy for their own oversight. When I got angry at the situation and said that it was bs Dawn said "well now I won't rent to you at all because of how you're talking to me." Complete power trip. She then directed me to their competitor Avis next door. Avis was shocked when I told them the story and had NO PROBLEM renting a car to me with my 3 FORMS OF ID. I went on to sell $94k for my company that week thanks to Avis. Do not rent from this location.

One day prior to my rental date I received a call from Glen at this location, telling me they had an Armada that had just come in and I could have it a day early for a very small additional fee, if that was convenient for me. I went to the rental location and after a slight problem with a vehicle that suddenly had a manufacturers recall, an almost new 2018 Armada was delivered to my home that day, thanks to the quick assistance of Glen and Seth, both outstanding representatives of Enterprise. My return date was Christmas Day. Because of the holiday I was authorized to return the car the following day. A problem ensued with the final billing because the system showed I had used the car for one week and one day. Now a not-so-slight problem--the increased amount was charged to my credit card. Parker realized the mistake and assured me the amount for the extra day would be credited back to my credit card. Within 4 days the refund appeared on my credit car. Problem solved. This Enterprise location has outstanding employees. The fact that there were several glitches in the process is understandable IF the problems are solved in a professional and customer friendly manner. The entire staff took great care of me and solved all the issues that appeared. The ability and willingness to solve problems is the best gauge of good and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Lubbock location and consequently can also highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car.

So we bring our children to pickup the car. That is why we need a big car. When we arrive, they told us it was not back from a tire shop yet. They told us it will be back in 40 minutes ( second lie!). We need to pickup our daughter in 1h. So we agreed to take a mssibi small suv, which smells like a cow! They told us don't worry, they will call us to switch it back in one hour ( 3rd lie!). They never call! Do not do business with these liars!!! They waste your time and money! They mess up your trip plans!

Typical airport, fairly small with just 9 gate and one security check point. Sadly this did not happen and we had to pickup at baggage claim. As frequently travelers know, avoiding baggage claim is the whole reason to take a carryon. So the arrival experience wasn't quite as anticipated Departing flight on a Sunday morning and arrived 2 hr before boarding. Not busy at all, took about 10 min to get through TSA even with an additional bag check. Food court had a few breakfast options and I grabbed the avocado toast and a coffee. Avocado toast had great flavor and toast was hearty enough to hold. Two full slices of toast, and a lot of tater tots and tomatoes. I don't try the tomatoes, sand the tater tots were crispy. Overall decent airport, can't have too high of expectations with the size.

I can go to the ticket counter, get my boarding pass, check my luggage, get through security and walk to my gate in 15 min or less! Yup, it's true. The TSA staff are always friendly, they joke a little with you, the airport is clean and it's always a pleasure to fly in or out in a jiffy.

He wanted me to pay at least $2.00 more than what my insurance would pay and I wasn't going to do that. When I did finally get a car the inside windshield had a film on it and hadn't been cleaned the back window hadn't been cleaned. There wasn't any windshield washer fluid in the car. It was just not ready for the next person to use. I will never go back there. I will say that out people appeared to be treated well but I wasn't. I will be turning in a complaint to the corporate office on the gentleman that waited on me.

DON'T TRY USING A DEBIT CARD IF YOU LIVE IN THE SAME CITY ! Even though it was used to secure the insurance online, the orbitz site said we could, but the thrifty site said there had to be airline tickets invloved. The staff was late, unhelpful, and handed us a set of keys and told us to "find the car" in slot #36. (1/4 mile or more away) They did not offer shuttle service to us even though there was a thrifty shuttle available. I will not be using this rental car service again.
