I watched one clerk bully an elderly lady into a bill higher than she was comfortable with, and got snippy when she was asked for a delivery date. The other clerk humiliated a young couple that was there for a "free health screening" that they had advertised but didn't have the equipment for. Clerk #2 then got me. And was so rude and insulting that I told her I had no need of her "services" and left. I'll be following up tomorrow with whomever manages the place, so hopefully things will improve. But watching people take advantage of vulnerable customers is more than I can bear.
