Walmart is like the worst place to work. putting a cat down is not excusable. They don't give you holiday pay at all,their point system is stupid, if you leave early from work,it doesn't matter when you leave or why you're leaving you still get pointed. We order online, well we USED TO, and usually they only mix up a few items no big deal. I don't know what happened but this time we were straight ripped off!!! Paid for ribeye steaks and got sirloin steak instead!! 48$ I paid for Ribeyes!! And got junk sirloin. NOT to mention the items we didn't even receive. Then when I went to look at my receipt to challenge it, what a coincident it's not available online anymore or anywhere!! Every other receipt is just not the one where Walmart bold face STOLE OUR MONEY! CROOKS! I'll be filing a complaint to the attorney General about this. They have a thief working for them or something BEWARE!!! AND now that I'm on a roll what kind of company stocks shelves in the evening when people are still in the store!! The people they have working there roll in giant pellets and block off the ends of the isles. I literally have to push giant palettes of bulk food out of my way. Walmart used to be about customer service and low prices. Increasingly I find that there is less and less reason to shop there. Walmart has displayed the attitude that THEY are the only store in the area and "you" will take what "We" give you. Yesterday i purchased insulin using my debit card at the pharmacy register. Then, not 30 mins, later it would not work at the check out line. The cashier just said "Well I don't know what to tell you" I know what to tell you; "Good bye" I left. Using the same debit card at Hy-Vee I successfully purchased the items. Good-bye Walmart, and no I don't want to use the self check out lanes. read more

Rick in the automotive department is a hero. I was on a business trip from southern Illinois and had to catch a flight in Minneapolis when the new truck I was delivering started acting up. I knew what the issue was and called ahead and explained my situation. From the time I parked, to the time I left with my truck fixed, Rick had me back on the road in literally 10 minutes. I made my flight, closed my sale, and made a friend. I'll never forget the amazing service and wish there was something more I could do.
