No fault of anyones: I couldn't even determine the issue. Took it in today just wanting to be done with it, and Dillon went above and beyond - thorough inspection, entertained all my ideas and suggestions, helped me get a spare wheel and tire together, and even swapped the tires around after having already installed a new tube/tire for me because I wanted to try them on the original (troublesome) rim. Time will tell if the original rim will strike with a flat again, but I've got a whole spare wheel, new tubes, and experienced great service and value preparing for that contingency. It won't be the last time I visit TWD. Thanks Dillon!

As we waited , an associate helped us select the grips . He then proceeded to install them without our asking and did it perfectly ( saving me huge hassle) . Next , we're near the working shop and struck up a discussion with a very nice man with a TWD tee shirt on . He asked about the bike and within a few minutes , he had it up in the work bench tweaking brakes , adjusting the seat and checking detailer - all of this out of pure kindness and customer care . We were blown away . Next he takes us to a computer screen to explain the various road bike circuits in Wilmington. Finally helps us pick water bottles , not easy with dozens of choices . It was the best retail service experience we've had in years . High expertise and kindness , we are now dedicated customers for life . Don't go anywhere else for your bike needs and repairs . Store is clean, not a messy shoe department with boxes/debris in the isles. The selection was outstanding. I will literally never ever ever buy him new balls again from any store, especially a pet store. I liked the service because no one talked to me until I went to check out.
