It's usually very painful for me , tiny veins, rolling veins, and it's usually 3 sticks and they end up taking blood from the back of my hand which hurts the most. Asia took her time, looked around, and got my blood draw in the first go. Also, practically painless! I told her I wish I could request her for the rest of forever for my blood work :)

Thankfully, I had the best staff (Asya) who was very aware before I even said anything about my anxiety surrounding the labs. She picked up on it from my non verbals and got a recliner in there to help me feel more comfortable and alcohol swabs to assist with not passing out. She was very nice and she made it in right away. No poking around my arm which I really appreciated. She made something I was freaking out about for weeks a painless and anxiety free interaction. I hope if I have to go back I get her again.

He spent time to understand my issue, my family history and my medical history and prescribed a well thought out course of action. He was an active listener and actually explained his rationale for what he prescribed and what next steps he recommended. Now 4-5 hours later I am already noticing a difference. I would recommend this place to anybody.

By far the best experience I ever had at the Dr. I waited 10-15 minutes tops.... Dr. Mark has already followed up with me on my issue and he called me himself. He had the utmost patience and answered all of my questions thoroughly and completely didn't seem rushed at all. I didnt seem like a number or a dollar bill walking in the door, I felt like family. Highly recommend for a primary care Dr or an Urgent Care.

This building is…read morelocated on the Crestwood Medical Center campus and is used for non-emergency PAT which cuts down on the congested day surgery entrance at the back of the hospital. I am thankful I had an appointment as there were many individuals that did not. This clinic takes appointments first and walk ins are worked in. It is early Monday morning and people are starting their day off disgruntled. I recommend coming here as it is stress free if you have an appointment.

When I went the day after they told me they don't do that test, so I wasted my time and I had to book an appointment somewhere else. This test was time specific, so I had to do it that specific day, their misinformation ruined the integrity of that study. I don't recommend this place at all.
