I have been a patient of Dr. Allison's for almost 2 years now. First of all - I have to say that I have been to a number of chiropractors across the US - all of them great - but Dr. Allison is BY FAR the best who has ever cared for me. She offers you a partnership in health. She helped me heal a shoulder injury allowing me to strength train and exercise PAIN FREE!! The office staff is simply amazing - I love the reminder texts (thank you Rachel!) and the flexible scheduling. I needed to come back and update my review after SUCH a horrendous experience with the OWNER of this establishment, Allison yesterday and STILL remain disgusted after seeing additional actions taken by Thrive Chiropractic... READERS BEWARE: if you take pride in researching your next establishment, as I do, please note that Thrive clearly encourages false reviews and/or deletes honest frustration. After such a horrible interaction yesterday (despite many MANY reviews glowing about their 'stellar service'), I immediately revised my review and it was missing. But oh well, I'll continue to review and cross post. Customers rely on the honest feedback of others, and it's clear that Thrive's social media is 'over-managed' or 'manicured' with false reviews. SHAME. Here is my UPDATED review after such a disgraceful interaction: Left my review of Thrive Chiropractics at around 10 am, when I had my first break, on Yelp. My Yelp review was brief, but honest. Rather than CALL me first, the proprietor thought it was appropriate to save tail by replying via the YELP review first! Ugh! Full Story: I'm a full-time interpreter with chronic migraines. I've been searching for care for a while, and have done PLENTY of research. Thrive seemingly is liked by the community, so I called in need last Friday. As made clear by my message, I was in INCREDIBLE pain and did all the research, so asked for a same day appointment for the initial appointment, and the following Saturday for the first adjustment (since Thrive apparently refuses to do xrays & initial adjustment in the same appointment). The owner not only INCORRECTLY identified the requested date, then insinuated that I (like wtf?!) was lying because she was certain that her front of house (Taylor, apparently) HAD called me back on Friday. This shitty business decided to wait more than a week to contact me, and when they did, it was only to cover their own ass and rating. Disgusting. I've shared this business practice with my fellow asl interpreters, and have found another chiropractor who was INSANELY great (and saw me the SAME day, with XRays and Adjustments). Strongly recommend spending your dollars elsewhere. read more

She is so knowledgeable about many facets of pregnancy, and has helped me feel more physically comfortable through my pregnancy. I've been going to Thrive for a couple of months now for routine adjustments and massages. As soon as you walk in their office, you can feel the great energy and harmony of everyone at Thrive. Dr. Alison is the best chiropractor that I've been to. She is awesome at what she does and you will feel it when she does the adjustment. I love her personality and energy, you can sense her passion for helping others. The girls at the front are so sweet. They are always patient and friendly. I've referred my family and friends to Thrive, only because I know they will be in good hands. The one review that mentioned walking on clouds after getting a massage was not joking! Renee is awesome! She will rub all the knots and stiffness out of your body. I'm very particular when it comes to massages. I want more than just someone rubbing oil on my skin. I look for someone who knows exactly where the tension is located in your body, without you even mentioning it. Renee is that person! Watch out though, when she says "deep/firm massage" she means it. You will feel all types of aches/stiffness/knots you never knew existed (in a good way of course). read more

I have been going to this office since 1997 when Dr. Schofield owned the practice. I loved Dr. Schofield and was concerned about the changing of the guard, but I have to say, I LOVE Dr. Allison, Katie (my massage therapist) and the whole team at Thrive!! I've seen all the ups and downs this practice has gone through over the years, but I can honestly say, it just keeps getting better. Everyone in this office truly cares about my well-being and they've helped me through a lot of back and neck issues due to my MS and with the few rear-end car accidents I've had. They're attentive, thoughtful, and thorough. They're genuinely good people and want the best for their patients. Dr. Allison has always gone above and beyond with my chiropractic care, making sure to educate me every step along the way. Katie is probably one of the best massage therapists I've had at this practice, dating back to 1997...and I've tried just about every single one they've had over the years. I swear, if it wasn't for this them, I wouldn't be doing as well as I am today. These two are my Dream Team! Not to leave out Rachel at the front desk. She's newer to the office, but she's a perfect fit! Scheduling appointments is easy and flexible. She's a champ at getting me the documentation I need for my picky Flex Benefits folks and she helped me fill out all the paperwork I needed to get done for my insurance claim from my last accident. She's been great! I know I sound a bit biased here, but I've been around the block with doctors in my 22 years living with MS. I've had some really great doctors along the way, but the care I receive with this group is phenomenal. They just get it! read more

I never cared for chiropractors until December 2011 when I injured my neck from a work incident. An employee that I worked with strongly recommended Dr. Schofield instead of the employer's walk in clinic to look over my injury. After thinking over my options, I decided to give the office a call. Seven months later, I still have not regretted my decision. Dr. Schofield and her team not only acted professional with their primary duties, but also saw me as an individual instead of a number. They showed this by communicating everything with me such as what the x-ray showed or an estimated time of going back to work, while listened to my opinions and complaints. I never felt like they tried to push me out the door to see the next patient or lectured me on why my injury was not improving fast enough. They made it clear since day one that their purpose is to fix me not just for a year but also for the rest of my life. Anyone who has ever dealt with back or neck problems understands how the pain easily affects life and how easily the pain returns if not properly taken care of right away. I continue to go once every other week and still feel the same welcoming atmosphere that I felt in December when I believed my neck pain would never go away. I strongly encourage employees who suffer from back or neck issues from on-the-job injuries to see Dr. Schofield and her team. It is a great feeling to know that there are people on your side who care about your recovery. read more

Dr. Allison Scholes and Rene are the only two I've seen and they are both amazing! Dr. S really cares about her patients and is super friendly and easy to talk to. I am very disappointed with this chiropractor. Although Dr. Alison is friendly at the time of the visit, she does not seem to recall previous visits. This was frustrating as I was a patient from January 2015 nearly twice a week through April 2015, and then returned in January of 2016 for the same issues. She remember the problem from the previous year, and suggested I go back to doing the exercises she had assigned then. I informed her I had continued the exercises. She kept promising to add new exercises, but just kept recommending the same thing. She told me twice she was going to refer me to physical therapy, but despite my reminders she didn't. When my insurance paid for sessions were up, she again said she would refer me. I called the place she indicated she would refer me to a couple times allowing time for the referral to arrive. They never received a referral, despite my reminding Dr. Alison to send it. While I think the people at Thrive are very outwardly friendly, they just did not seem to have the time or inclination to maintain rapport with their clients and meet their needs read more
