I had seen 9 doctors/specialists with no diagnosis, and she was able to run tests and find out the cause of my mysterious symptoms. She takes a holistic approach, emphasizing changing your eating, getting enough sleep, movement, reducing stress and using various modalities to treat. I appreciate her ability to prescribe regular medicines as well as treat with 3rd party researched supplements and herbs. Although it's all an out-of-pocket expense and treatment takes awhile, I have finally been able to feel better and get my life back. The office is very clean, mold free, and relaxing too. Thank you!

Go somewhere else esp if you have any health issues or allergies. Mystery pills they prescribe i don't approve of at all. Waste of money and energy and ended up bed ridden for 2.5 months due to several adverse reactions to their " treatments. " Too much to get into but in brief the pills interfered with medications I take to live and function, this is most recent. Last year anaphylaxis twice from the random stuff taken. If I had the energy and time ( which I've lost due to their practice) - I'd possibly bring a suit for malpractice. Fortunately for them, I was robbed of both. Just to note I take full responsibility for agreeing to take stuff the company wasn't even sure of the effects or ingredients . This being said, after the first reaction i agreed to substitute something else, same issue. This is after telling the practice my health issues , meds I have to take to stay alive, and endless allergies. At one appointment the physician was not aware a suggestion she made contained a certain ingredient. That's malpractice at worst , or simple ineptitude at best. Footnote- I take responsibility for continuing to try different drugs despite the doctors several mistakes. ( they were aware of what I could/couldn't do and the medications I have to take to stay alive. I figured I'm already in maybe see where this goes, huge mistake. ) Several times. Then at one appointment made a suggestion I had to correct. ( that enzyme landed me in the hospital last year. I looked your suggestion up it's almost identical ). " oh yeah" If that's not incompetence the patient knows more than the physician I don't know what is. They couldn't bother? Or are merely incapable? Who knows.

After two weeks of repeated confirmations, I was suddenly told I was "missing labs" -- with no proactive communication and no urgency. I then requested a temporary emergency refill to ensure my health and hormone levels did not drop while they sorted out their internal issue. They refused. No doctor review. No patient-care escalation. No concern for continuity of care. Just a denial. Healthcare, especially hormone and wellness care, is not something you can pause without real physical consequences. A legitimate medical practice understands this. NAVA does not. If you are looking for a clinic that treats you like a person rather than an account number, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This experience was expensive, stressful, and completely avoidable.

It included four 1-hour consults with a nutritionist and nothing else. The nutritionist--although very nice--gave me minimal advice about my diet/lifestyle, primarily suggesting I cut dairy and minimize gluten (I did), eat fermented foods, and take several expensive supplements (I did) that were an additional cost. Whenever I expressed that I wasn't feeling better she suggested I take more supplements. Throughout the experience, "health coaches" (sales reps) continually tried to sell me on membership packages or add-on services. I went into the experience very open-minded and eager for help, so I tried a membership and used it for several services, none of which were helpful. These included: a gut health IV, a gut health shot, and the worst massage I've ever had. For another additional cost I took a food sensitivity test, cut the foods that I was supposedly sensitive to, and still saw no results. Overall, the services were ineffective, the pricing was expensive and confusing, and the business practices felt predatory. Very disappointing.

Eye-drops and eye doctors could not do much. Dr Young's treatment has cured the problem at the root level and my eyes feel much better. I also had back pain, causing tight muscles up towards the neck and head, and down into the leg. Dr. Young's treatment always provides deep relief, and compared to many other acupuncture providers in the area, I've always experienced the deepest relief and recovery with Dr. Young. My 80-year-old mother had several problems. Dry and itchy eyes for five+ years, back pain, knee pain for 10+ years. Only 4 treatments from Dr. Young completely cured the eye problem, and greatly improved the knee pain and back pain. She went from a hunched-over back to a straight back right after the very first treatment. She was waking up from sleep because of the pain, and she doesn't anymore. My 23-year-old nephew had back/shoulder pain. After a few sessions with Dr. Young, his condition significantly improved.

During consultation, the doctor kept repeating that he had 35 years of experience. Those are the telltale signs this doctor did not have any substance and qualified professional knowledge. I went to see Dr. Young Yi for eye floater and they performed a peripheral vision test, which was truly shoddy, unreliable, and unscientific. Next, they resorted to scare tactics, saying that I'll go blind if I don't get treatment. On top of that, the doctor shamelessly claimed that no doctor except him could treat my problem. My advice is that don't go near this doctor.
