I've never been kept waiting more than a few minutes past my scheduled appt time and have never felt like I was rushed or didn't have time to ask any questions I had. She in fact spent at least an extra 45 minutes with me at one recent visit - I was much sicker than I realized and she recognized right away that I needed to be transferred to the ER. She made all the necessary calls, and kept an eye on my condition until the paramedics arrived. She is prepared to deal with urgent problems like the one I was having but also takes the time to go thru everything health-related at least every year and makes sure that I'm up to date on my vaccines, etc. I feel very lucky to have found such a competent and empathetic medical provider.

Everything is very shiny and comfortable plus there are excellent maps and signage everywhere. I visited Urgent Care for a minor problem. The signs showing where to go were very clear. The woman at the check-in desk was kind, friendly, and helpful. I had to wait only a few moments to see her and she checked me in and collected my co-pay with no wasted motion. The waiting area was large and stocked with very nice furniture. I did have a bit of a wait, but my problem was a relatively low priority. Patients are triaged by the explanation they provide at intake and seen by the urgency of their issue. This seems reasonable to me. Kaiser provides good quality Wi-Fi and I was able to work on my phone while I waited. My wait was interrupted by a visit to an intake room where basic vital statistics were taken. I then returned to the waiting room for a bit. I was called again and taken to a spacious exam room. A friendly PA came by after a short wait. He quickly diagnosed my issue and said a nurse would be by to deal with it. A nice nurse soon appeared and quickly dealt with my issue. The PA then returned to make sure the issue was resolved. He took a few minutes to write up his notes and then closed the visit. I stopped at the intake counter for a moment to check out and all was done. I was impressed with Kaiser's systems and level of organization. Every step of the process ran very efficiently. All of the staffers were friendly, helpful, and concerned with my well-being. Needless to say, a good chiropractor in my life is a must! Having seen a dozen or so in my lifetime, they have run the gamut from 'Does the online program Dogtown, Alabama really offer a legitimate degree?' to 'Oh my goodness, I feel SO much better, can I come back and see you tomorrow because you are my new favorite person"! Having my last Chiropractor being the latter, you can imagine moving back to Colorado from out of state, I was not looking forward to the interminable search for a good replacement. I have seen Dr. Eisenhauer several times and am so far very pleased. I tend toward being high maintenance when it comes to the manner in which I am adjusted and it is clear Dr. Eisenhauer is well educated and uses excellent techniques. It is especially helpful that he does soft tissue work on areas that require it prior to any adjustments and shows you stretches to do at home to help loosen and relax the muscles in your problem areas. Beyond the adjustments, I am very appreciative of the interest he has taken in my overall health. Since my son was born, it has been one thing after another, including severe allergies and rashes that come with them. After a thorough initial intake discussion, when I came in for my second session, he had taken the time to do research on a myriad of things from the best probiotics for my condition to treatments to help alleviate some of skin discomfort and the effectiveness of other techniques I am using in an attempt to better my health.
