I love working out here. I only wish I were a Westminster resident so I could get the discounted…read moreprices. They offer better classes than any of the other rec centers in the area, such as TRX, pilates, and a whole lot of yoga. The fitness center is big, new, and amazing. I really love to work out there. All of the equipment seems brand new, and it's kept well. The only downfall to this place is parking! The lot isn't very big, and it fills up fast. I've actually ended up leaving after circling the parking lot for 30 minutes (no joke) and not finding a spot. They should definitely add more spaces.

This is a nice facility. It's sort of attached to the City Park Rec Center. Yeah, I know they…read moreseem like the same thing, but they are not. Fitness center side has a good size cardio and weights area. They also have one large dance/class room and another smaller one. This facility is for ages 15+. They have a child care room but this place is basically for grown ups. Next door, the rec center has a large gym for basketball and a large pool area and all of that is for people of all ages. Now that I've clarified about the boundaries, the reason I go to the fitness center is because I'm a hooper. I work out via 'hula hoops'. Now, ideally, I would love to use one of the dance/class rooms that are often vacant during the day, but regular folks are not permitted to use those unless you are taking a class. The large cardio/weight room has mirrors, but not enough empty space for me to hoop. Upstairs, in the hallway (it's a really big hallway) outside the classrooms and the child care there is plenty of space for me to hoop. Also, (and I checked first) I can do this for free because technically, I'm not going into the workout facility and it's a community building. They would get five stars if I could use those awesome rooms, but I can't, so they don't. I know this review will not be relevant for many but it is what it is.

I've been going to this Vasa location a little over 3 years now and it's great. Not enough…read morereviewers have talked about the Studio classes, which is what makes the gym really stand out in my opinion. This location now offers Studio Red (HIIT cardio), Flow (heated yoga), and LFT (lifting class) which are basically boutique-style workouts that would cost $30+ for a single drop in class elsewhere, but you get it (and a lot more) for a monthly cost of ~$45 (as of Jan 2026). The equipment in the classes are high end and in great condition. All the coaches teaching the classes are wonderful, fun, welcoming people, so it's a great environment to jump start your fitness journey or crank it up. Really great fellow gym go-ers in the classes as well - no weird egos, very supportive and considerate. It's true that the extra amenities, like the massage chairs, break down more consistently than you'd like, but the workouts are so satisfying, it's fine. There are also some new-ish annoying fees with being late and corporate controlling the music played. Also, there's a pool and some spa amenities. I haven't personally used it, but it's always looks clean and does the job. Again, at this price point, it's a great deal.

However, they've decided to change his schedule this summer so that on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays there are no morning yoga classes. Since I have to be careful with working out postpartum, and I want an actual workout and not just a stretch class, this is a huge bummer. I've been a member for years, but I'm debating on switching because the class schedule is changing so much. If I'm only going to be able to do gym time, I might as well go with a different gym and not waste money on studio classes that I can't attend.

Rob helped me realize that the soreness and tightness I was feeling (especially after having three kids) wasn't something I just had to live with. His approach is super personal, and even over virtual sessions, he has this ability to notice little movement patterns and imbalances I didn't know existed. The exercises he gives are simple but so effective. And as a mom, I really appreciate how flexible and accommodating he is. He's totally understanding when my schedule gets crazy, and even included my baby in a few sessions during nap strikes. Plus, his voice is so calming--I always end our sessions feeling relaxed and reset. Can't recommend him enough!

He was recommended to me by my mother who has been a long time client of his. Rob was kind enough to remote in with me and get me on my feet again and out of pain. Since then, we have been working together every two weeks and fixing a lifetime of poor mobility and function. It is a funny thing to experience the relief of pain that I was unaware of until it was gone. Thanks Rob!
