I was unable to walk for 2 months from a badly twisted ankle. In 1.5 sessions I was able to safely and comfortably walk again. From there, it was rehabbing nerve damage and strengthening my ankle and calf. Less than two months later I'm already almost back to 100%! Bummed I was injured but so grateful to get to heal here. I was referred to StretchX by a friend so I thought I would try it out. I work 12 hour night shifts…read moreand they can be really physically exhausting! I tried the 25 minute maintenance stretch with Daylin and it was really great! It made me realize I really don't stretch as extensively as I probably should! By the end of my session was able to comfortably touch my toes, and everything felt loosened up! I will definitely be back for the 50 minute standard stretch next so I can try out the compression boots as well, they look really cool and I think they will help me a lot since I stand for long hours at work. I would definitely recommend adding an assisted stretch to anyone that works in the medical field like myself!
