My beautiful baby boy had his very last day at Playworks. This isn't how I ever imagined our journey there would end, but I truly believe it's the best decision for our family. For over seven years, Kelli and her incredible team have loved Leif like he was one of their own. They have been by his side since he was just 18 months old, celebrating every milestone, every breakthrough, every challenge, and every victory. They never just treated him as a client they became part of our family. When Leif was diagnosed with autism, I had no idea what our future would look like. I worried if he would ever be able to tell me how he felt, make friends, or confidently navigate the world. Kelli gave my son something I can never fully repay her for she gave him a voice. Because of her patience, dedication, and unwavering belief in him, Leif has grown into the funny, smart, kind, and expressive little boy he is today. She helped him find words when he couldn't find them himself. She celebrated the victories that others may have overlooked and loved him through every setback. So much of who Leif is today has been shaped by the incredible work she and her team poured into him. There will never be enough words to thank Kelli and everyone at Playworks. Thank you for loving my boy so fiercely. Thank you for believing in him before he believed in himself. Thank you for every hour, every lesson, every high-five, every hug, and every ounce of encouragement you've given him over the years. Walking out those doors today was one of the hardest things I've done because it truly feels like we are saying goodbye to a chapter that helped shape our entire family. Kelli, thank you for changing our lives forever. You didn't just teach Leif how to communicate you helped him find his voice, his confidence, and pieces of himself that we weren't sure we'd ever get to see. We will carry everything you've given us into this next chapter, and no matter where life takes us, a piece of Playworks will always be part of Leif's story. Immediately impressed from the moment we walked up. The building is beautiful, the office is clean, and the entire space gives off such welcoming vibes. You can tell they put care into the environment, and it really sets the tone. Our therapist is Ms Kristen, but everyone here is incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be here, which made all the difference. They treated my baby and me like family from the moment we stepped in. And the best part? They let us take our shoes off. Which just so happens to be my baby's favorite thing to do everywhere (seriously, it made her whole day). So thankful we found this place. Couldn't recommend it more! read more

Playworks has changed our sons life and also our entire families!! My son Leif is going on 4 years this October working with Playworks! When we started going to playworks when my son was 18 months old he could only say two words "dada and mama" he also had just started walking. It has been the most incredible 4 years with lots of patients and dedication from the amazing therapists at playworks l!!! My son has made tremendous leaps with playworks! He's now 5 in kindergarten and is being mainstreamed for education with the help of playworks and being beyond helpful with talking to his kindergarten teacher and being involved with helping us with being an advocate for him!! Playworks goes above and beyond for their clients and their parents! I could not recommend playworks more!!!! They're wonderful!!! I am so grateful and thankful for Playworks. Both of my son's had speech delays when they were younger and this place is a blessing. All of the speech therapists are wonderful, kind and caring. I am very thankful for Playworks and all they have done for my son. He currently works with both Carly and Kelli. I knew extremely early on that my son had a speech delay. I was able to get in for a consultation when he was about 14 months even though my pediatrician said "let's wait and see". They agreed that there was definitely something of a delay and of course they were able to see things that I didn't even notice. He has now been with them for a year and he says over 60 words and is starting putting two words together! Those who have children with speech delay know what a big deal this is! The owner and staff have gone far and beyond to help us with what our granddaughter needs. Both my sons come here for speech therapy and occupation therapy. We came from a not so good therapy place before playworks and we couldn't be any happier we found this place. First, the place itself is ALWAYS so clean and organized. Secondly, the staff is AMAZING. From the care they give my children, the open discussions of plans and goals for them, and the relationship they have built with my children is top tier. They gave me the run around for 6 months. Then they told me I would get a consultation instead of an evaluation for my child. Finally they said the director had no openings during my time. I had to call them repeatedly to get updates. They care about the money a lot more than the children. A total waste of my time. Do not recommend. read more

I absolutely love Playworks! Our son has been going to speech therapy there for close to six months and I've seen such an improvement. Ericca is just so great with my son and I couldn't be more happy. My son loves her and he's so happy to see her every time we go. I went to my sons second session today and it was my first time joining a session and omg my eyes immediately teared up, Ericca, his speech therapist is amazing, she made me so happy to see how my son interacts with her. We use to have his sessions at another location, and they were not as patient or friendly with us and my son! He is so confident to walk in and just the smile Ericca brings to his face is priceless. He has shown so much improvement in such little time the skills she has shared with us to work on at home with him have been very helpful. Being a stay at home it is rather difficult for me to find a sitter for my 2 yr old daughter, and because of this I'm not able to go back w/ my son during his sessions because she is just to big of a distraction. My husband was off work today and able to stay w/ her, and I was able to sit in on a session. finally! I just about cried because of how great Ericca is w/my son. He truly loves seeing her and enjoys everything they do. He has shown so much improvement. Not only on his speech, but in his overall mannerism. This place is amazing and beyond words. My son loves coming here for speech. And honestly they are so booked, it's hard to find a spot but they always try their best to make appointments and our family appreciates that. Kelli the owner is so knowledgeable and passionate and it really reflects on her staff. Also, our speech pathologist Reanna is amazing as well. Shes very fun and bubbly. We live in Riverside, so the drive can sometimes take awhile due to traffic but even if they were located further we would still make the drive to receive quality service from people who care. read more
