I always knew when I had my career & was ready to buy, I would go with Mark. It's easy to go with the top producer in the office but it was more than that for me and my family. It's the way he carries himself. He treats everyone like they're important, with respect. So humble, so funny, I've never seen this man stressed. We're talking about a REAL real estate veteran. My parents even trusted him to handle my transaction without them. We just closed on our house 2 days ago with Mark and I'm sad it's over because he was so fun to work with. He made the whole home buying process easy & even helped us move our fridge to our new house because we didn't have a truck because that's just the type of person he is. He taught us so much but never overwhelmed us. I am currently 8 months pregnant and the transaction was SO FAST, I don't remember much of it but I know it went great lol. He always had our backs, I trust everything he says in general. I never felt stressed NOT ONCE. If you pick Mark as your realtor then congratulations, you're doing home buying correctly.

When touring the models and a few of the move-in ready homes, I appreciated the quality, cleanliness, and variety of floor plans to choose from. They are also offering major deals on fixed interest rates for the end of the year (4.5% on select homes at Sutter) which I haven't seen for 30-year conventional loans with other builders. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been to an Elliott Homes community!

And worst of all - the Elliott personnel (Dewitt and Mannell) will try to convince you it is acceptable and that the paint is called 'imperfect smooth'. Wow-the contract doesn't say what degree can be imperfect smooth. So it is defined by Dewitt & Mannell. Dewitt looks at you with derogatory manner that indicates you are ?!^&*^. Mannell is better but still tries to convince you it is acceptable. She also tells me that other owner's opinion is not in the warranty. (other homeowners have shared the same opinion about the bad paint job). So they are the experts, once they have your $$$, they don't need to listen or care about the lack of quality. What I don't understand - they would rather pay the subcontractor full salary (don't critique their work and ask for improvements) but rather try to convince the homeowner it is acceptable? How about paying me good money to do a bad job with no accountability? Absolutely appalling.

They had all the resources ready to make a home SALE! I first called LuAnn because had I seen really great yelp reviews about her and her team. When I called, we went straight into getting an appointment set up for a walk-through of the house in a timely manner. This process of getting the house on the market was made really easy because LuAnn and her team are extremely organized with their work and their time. They were very respectful of our time as well. The house was inherited, and we thought that it was going to be really hard because of how the shares were set up. LuAnn and her team were very reassuring that they have seen multiple cases like ours and they have helped their clients be successful in the end. Everyone apart of her team made selling the house such a relief for us. We honestly feel like we didn't have to do too much because of how helpful they were during the whole process. Once we went over the initial steps to sell our house everything went by accordingly and pretty quick, and LuAnn and her team had all the resources that we needed. I appreciated the way that every detail was looked over in order to have a successful sale. LuAnn and her team were very understanding and dedicated. I would recommend LuAnn and her team over and over. We are absolutely grateful for their help.

The trash must be disposed of outside of the building (there are no trash chutes), there is no TV in the Community Room, No paper towels in the laundry room (needed to clean the washers) and the Community Room hours are from 10am to 7pm on the weekend, but there have been a few times when it's not open at 10 am. There are no benches in the lobby for residents to sit inside while waiting for their transportation. I am very disappointed and feel this is not an Affordable Senior Building. Our rent was increased 21% effective December 1, 2024. I feel for many of the residents, as they cannot afford to live at this building any longer due to the rent increase! Virginia

Sent a message right away saying I wanted to schedule an appointment for the apartment, beings I never got a response, I called and left a message. Left 4 messages asking someone to call me back because the email said no walk-ins. I went in person but the only person in the lobby was on the phone and I had no clue that these people were holding the interviews and application process in the rec room on the 3rd floor. Went in again and they asked me to sit down. Well the 4 people there were on the phone and the person that let me in was taking someone's application. Yet to this day I have received a call or a response, so what is the use of telling people to send and email. Called FPI Mgmt # in Sacramento and left a message, we'll see what their response is. Been desperate to find a place with an elevator since my elderly mother moved in and is prone to falls. Not safe being in a 3 story bldg with no elevator.
