I had a Myers cocktail IV therapy on 7/31/25. The nurse was a young lady who was very nice and personable. I thought the infusion went well. There was a little soreness afterwards but that's to be expected. I did not expect to experience bruising and mild pain. The next day the injection site was very bruised and discolored and tender to the touch. The bruising got worst be the day. It's been 5 days and the color is not getting any better. Im not pleased with my experience and will sadly not be scheduling anymore infusions with them which sucks as I was excited to begin receiving infusions on a monthly basis. read more

Please note I would give 5but they were out of Vitamin C. I was able to communicate with the office via text (super easy!) and although I was initially told they didn't have a nurse available at my requested time, they got back to me and a nurse met us for the time I requested. Nurse Laura was super sweet and friendly, and the IVs were inserted quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend Thrive Solutions and would use them the next time I'm in the Baltimore area. read more

I cannot rave enough about the team at Thrive Solutions. I work in healthcare and have dodged Covid for the last few years but finally succumb to the devilish sickness last week. She messaged me this morning with a reminder of the ETA and arrived on-time (actually early and she checked if it was alright first, which it obviously was!!). It can be daunting having someone you don't know come into your home for a "medical procedure" but it was truly the most relaxed, easy-going visit in the world. I've been doing IV vitamin therapy for some time now, and have experienced several local options in a doctors office but never the mobile option. That changed today with Thrive. I requested an appointment on their website and received a text from Jay shortly thereafter. My request was last minute but luckily Thrive was able to accommodate. From request to a nurse in my house, it was a maximum of 90 minutes. The pricing is comparable to the in office infusion spas. Becky arrived on time and efficiently got to work. She was incredibly polite and respectful of my home, she was very easy to talk to (I always wondered what the nurse would do while they waited for my IV to finish, it turns out Becky watched football with me and it wasn't even awkward), and she is an expert at what she does. I called and spoke to George, who turns out to be an ER doctor on their staff. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. One of the nurses from their team arrives on time, sets everything up, and are quite personable while I'm getting treatments. Jay is the owner, and very easy to work with. He'll do whatever he can to help you with what you want. He and George even call or text after a treatment to make sure all is well. I just got my second Myers brig cocktail IV infusion today. Jay and Kristy were both truly amazing and incredibly professional. My wife is pregnant and was having a lot of issues with Nausea, and as a result got super dehydrated. I was going to have to take her to the ER when I stumbled across Thrive Solutions. I called Friday morning to set up an appt I wasn't feeling well. Jay had a nurse that was able to get to me that same morning. The nurse I had was Elizabeth she was very polite. But seemed in a rush. Everything was done in about 40mins. My IV leaked a few times she had to constantly fix it. I dont feel a difference I got the Myer cocktail.
