I had a Myers cocktail IV therapy on 7/31/25. The nurse was a young lady who was very nice and personable. I thought the infusion went well. There was a little soreness afterwards but that's to be expected. I did not expect to experience bruising and mild pain. The next day the injection site was very bruised and discolored and tender to the touch. The bruising got worst be the day. It's been 5 days and the color is not getting any better. Im not pleased with my experience and will sadly not be scheduling anymore infusions with them which sucks as I was excited to begin receiving infusions on a monthly basis. read more

Please note I would give 5but they were out of Vitamin C. I was able to communicate with the office via text (super easy!) and although I was initially told they didn't have a nurse available at my requested time, they got back to me and a nurse met us for the time I requested. Nurse Laura was super sweet and friendly, and the IVs were inserted quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend Thrive Solutions and would use them the next time I'm in the Baltimore area. read more

I've been doing IV vitamin therapy for some time now, and have experienced several local options in a doctors office but never the mobile option. That changed today with Thrive. I cannot rave enough about the team at Thrive Solutions. I work in healthcare and have dodged Covid for the last few years but finally succumb to the devilish sickness last week. I have not felt this sick since I was younger and was desperate for any help to feel better. I messaged Thrive about possible options and received a response immediately. George set-up an appointment for me with one of the staff members, Rachel, this weekend. She messaged me this morning with a reminder of the ETA and arrived on-time (actually early and she checked if it was alright first, which it obviously was!!). It can be daunting having someone you don't know come into your home for a "medical procedure" but it was truly the most relaxed, easy-going visit in the world. Rachel was professional, kind, and down-to-earth, it really felt like I was talking with a friend to the point I almost forgot I had a needle in my arm. I'd heard about Thrive at an event in Highlandtown recently. They offer IV hydration and B12 shots, plus some other specials like vitamin C or anti-inflammatories. I scheduled an appointment for B12 via their website for a couple of hours in the future. Within twenty minutes, I had received email confirmation. Jill, the nurse, arrived on time (actually, a couple of minutes early). She talked me through the whole process, then delivered the injection quickly and painlessly. I just got my second Myers brig cocktail IV infusion today. Jay and Kristy were both truly amazing and incredibly professional. My wife is pregnant and was having a lot of issues with Nausea, and as a result got super dehydrated. I was going to have to take her to the ER when I stumbled across Thrive Solutions. I called Friday morning to set up an appt I wasn't feeling well. Jay had a nurse that was able to get to me that same morning. The nurse I had was Elizabeth she was very polite. But seemed in a rush. Everything was done in about 40mins. My IV leaked a few times she had to constantly fix it. I dont feel a difference I got the Myer cocktail.
